I saw them last night. Their set was a little short, (75 minutes), but amazing none the less. I made some video clips on my phone, and I got all of Your Hand in Mine. If the quality is decent, I will post them later.

Tell me they closed with "The Only Moment We Were Alone."
Magic hours and time stops are amazing songs, i hope they are a part of their set. I've yet to listen to the new album, I preordered it though, so I don't want to get the leak.

You are going to love it if you liked their previous work, its for sure one of my favorite albums of this year thus far.
I think it would be cool to see them in a sunset/early evening timeslot. According to the "Artist by date: confirmation & speculation" thread they will be playing Sunday. Given we know from insider that Robert Plant & BOJ > WSP on the What stage Sunday, this really worries me because it potentially means EIT's and Robert Plant conflict with each other.
OR if they don't conflict then EIT would have to be earlier in the afternoon, which would also suck as I don't think their concert would be as good under the glaring sun after 4 days of exhaustive mayhem...
These are the only two ways I can see it...Anyone else got any other theories?
I'm already assuming that I'll be missing Robert Plant for Superjam. I don't even want to think about having EITS in that equation.
>.<
Despite being a top 10 act for me, Plant vs EITS or Superjam is easy because I've seen Plant EITS vs Superjam is KILLER because both are top 5 "must sees" Id probably have to see the Superjam due to the rarity of Dr. John and the uniqueness of the show. Although it feels like this will be my only chance to ever see EITS, thats probably not true. It definitely is for the Superjam
That's the first thing I thought of when I first saw them on the line up. They have to get twilight set. it just makes so much sense... everyone else on here wants it to happen too. lets combine our wishful thinking. and as far as them playing on sunday, I can't imagine they would, but we really won't know until the schedule gets released. ahh, I can't wait to get their new cd. All my pirate friends say the leak is amazing, I'm trying so hard to be patient.

I think it's extremely likely that they'll be playing sunset ..it's pretty clear that this would just not work during the day. Well it would, but wouldn't be at it's full potential.. ha you guys know what I mean. I also like the new album, but no song really has stuck out to me yet. Probably have to listen to it a few more times through.
^Animal Collective played in the blazing mid day heat in 09 :/
Them and The Mars Volta not having late nights were two low points of an all around hard to swallow schedule that year. The Which stage can be hard to deal with while the sun is blazing.

I kind of enjoyed The Mars Volta's set time. Granted I'm not a huge fan, but it was cool to see them right before the night really got going (however, it was too bad they conflicted with Russian Circles).
Animal Collective's set time was just a disaster. Really bad idea.
As far as EITS, so long as they don't conflict with Florence + The Machine at sunset I'm fine- otherwise I'm going to have cardiac issues.

No worries there. Florence + the Machine is playing in Cali on Sunday, the day EITS are playing.
I hate this placement. Just had to say it. My only real complaint about the weekend. I'll live, but sadder. My wife has to be at work at 7:00 AM Monday- can't miss it- and it's 8 hours home. Oh, well, all my problems should be so sad!
