mars volta will definitely be there, and obviously we have the idea that my morning jacket will be as well. not sure if they'd headline or what they'd do, though.
i never thought about bruce, it seems like a decent enough possibility, but maybe that's just wishful thinking

We can cross off Radiohead and Bruce Springsteen, Radiohead's a definite no, Bruce could pull it off but with as many people that are in the E Street Band along with their crew and how old they are (ok they're not that old), I can't imagine them getting all of that together that quickly, though I know it's been done (I think Jay-Z played on 7 continents in 24 hours or something like that), so I'm going with Pearl Jam, Led Zeppelin and Phil and Friends or Dave Matthews Band.
Friday - What Stage - Jack Johnson>Neil Young>Pearl Jam Which Stage - This Tent - That Tent - Other Tent -
Saturday - What Stage - Jesse Malin>Alison Krauss>Allman Brothers>Led Zeppelin Which Stage - This Tent - That Tent - Other Tent -
Sunday - What Stage - Toots and the Maytals>The Word>Ryan Adams>Phil and Friends Which Stage - This Tent - That Tent - Other Tent -
anbody want to add or change anything to make the ultimate inforoo dream lineup?

If you haven't heard already, no Zeppelin tour until 09, however, the Tennessean newspaper reports that Plant and Krauss will perform together at Bonnaroo, which could mean that Zeppelin could play and Alison could have a set with Union Station earlier in the day or they both could headline together, but since there's no Zep tour till 09 I'm thinking they will headline together, not sure what the backing band will be, I guess whoever played on their recent album, so anyways here's my guess:
Friday - Pearl Jam Saturday - Robert Plant and Alison Krauss Sunday - Dave Matthews Band with Tim Reynolds

I'd like to say that I think The Cure could definitely play Bonnaroo, however, they are a better fit for Coachella, and with Saturday being their only off day, I don't think they are big enough to be the headliner on Saturday at Bonnaroo, I think they'd fit better on Friday...

after seeing that zeppelin setlist from the reunion show, i realized how many songs i love they didn't play...but thats the problem...you cant expect someone like zeppelin to pull out all the songs in one night...thats why we need more zeppelin shows...my biggest disappointment is that they didn' play bring it on home...its the first zeppelin song i learned on the guitar, it just gets me energized, and its definitely one of my favorites, which is another problem i think...so many of their songs and albums are my favorites of all time...
new idea...Led Zeppelin should headline every night at Bonnaroo...they could play for 3-4 hours a night...that's up to 12 hours of Zeppelin in all...they could play everything...i mean everything...

Pearl jam Radiohead The Dead
Saturday Which Stage - Primus
I went a little overboard on my first post. I got excited and didnt realize you only wanted three bands. ahah. I think thats what it was on november 13th. Either way I'm buying Mojo a beer because he always plays the song title game with me/everyone else
