Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
You are cordially invited to the Camp Inforoo VIP Brunch 2013.
Who: Anyone in VIP. People are asking for counts. I am assuming around 60, but I have added a poll to this thread for accuracy.
What: A delicious brunch. Pot-lucking is encouraged.
Where: The common area of the VIP Camp Inforoo group. Look for a large number of awesome people cooking a vast amount of pork product.
When: Saturday, June 15th, 11:30am
Why: This started as a couple of people making breakfast for their subgroups, but has morphed into something greater than the sum of our parts. It's possible that Travel Channel will be coming to film this, so we need to show them that VIP knows how to throw down.

i mentioned this in the other thread, but it was right before this thread was posted. i'll have a small charcoal grill. thinking of grilling some sausage and making some type of breakfast sandwich (maybe toasted mini bagels with sausage and cheese)? put me down for something like that.
Lol, a case is 12, a flat is 24. If I run out of beer Friday, I'll just grab some from the general store in GA. Beer there is still cheaper there here, so I'll confirm atleast 24 beer, but likely have more.
I just had a thought. Would anyone prefer a gallon or so of iced coffee with creamer and sweeteners instead of mini sausage breakfast sandwiches? We may have enough monte cristos and bacon, etc. Thoughts?
Coffee (iced or otherwise) is always welcome! But.... sausage! Hmmm, tough call.
Here are my non-edible contributions to this shindig: paper cups (+ lids) for hot drinks, plastic cups, paper towels/napkins, plastic cutlery, garbage bags & misc. cleaning supplies.
I'll try to bring some champagne & juice because Brunches require mimosas!

I vote for whichever you find the most relaxing. This IS a vacation, after all.

Sorry for changing, but I trust myself more to bring the iced coffee/creamer than I do to get the sausage together. I may still do it, but officially, I'd like to make the swap.
It's already on the list because I mentioned it in the last thread, but just so it's here too, my wife and I will be bringing the candied bacon. Maybe some Florida OJ, too, to add to the drinks.
If I "like" your post, that means I've seen it and included it in our list. If you don't get a like or you think your post was not counted, please let me know.
My group is having our final planning session Saturday, so we will determine then what we will be contributing food wise. No matter what we'll bring some Chicago beer for the brunch.

Some people have been relying on the subgroup emails for all their information. If the subgroups could share the Brunch info in the email chains, I would appreciate it! No VIP'er left behind!
Audra and I will be bringing a couple pounds of shrimp, and some cocktails. The cocktail we will be serving is called a Krazy Korean. Id say we will be able to make about 12 of them for other people, not including ourselves.
Krazy Korean: Gin Red Bull Fresh Orange quarter (squeeze) ice

If the unnecessary sarcastic posts are indicative of the people who have been shouting out for the VIP camping group - I'm so in. lol. These are my kind of people.
Ok...in the list of food, I'm the 20 pieces of cheese and jelly...change to 2 lbs Swiss cheese and 2 qts strawberry preserves ( so we know exactly what's comin)
I do this bacon wrapped apricot thing which is really easy and plentiful. Just will need a way to cook as I will not have cooking supplies. (We are flying) I think imma bring my Afro wig so people will automatically know I'm sl4shd0t the hippie cat.
200+ jello shots made, 300 to go. I've run into a problem: I made plenty of space for this stuff in my fridge, but my freezer space is getting pretty tight. I want to freeze all the shots beforehand so they stay cool longer. I need to start recruiting friends and family (and their freezers), I think.
