Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Tim Minchin!! I really hope he's in the lineup cause I won't be able to make it to his other US dates, that would be icing on the cake for me. He is going to be at Sasquatch and Bambozzle, so fingers crossed?
Reggie Watts is really good too. I got to see him on Conan's tour, he got a standing ovation from a crowd of about 3,000 people.
Here's a clip from a gig where Reggie Watts, Tim Minchin and Beardyman did an imrov jam session at the Just For Laughs festival. Three musical comedy gods(in my opinion) in one place, playing together...it's pretty amazing.

I didn't realize I just saw Reggie Watts for the first time on Conan last night. That guy was amazing. I was thinking he should be at 'roo as I watched.

Are comedy acts really that important to people?
I've always thought of them as an added bonus. If there is nothing else I want to see and there isn't a huge line, I'll casually check out the comedy acts and have a few laughs. But I don't think I would ever care enough be disappointed by what comedians get booked or not.

As far as Nick Swardson being at Bonnaroo I just got this off his fb wall. Vincent Venditti Any truth to the rumor you will be at Bonnaroo this year? 11 hours ago ·LikeUnlike · · View Feedback (2)Hide Feedback (2)
Nick Swardson I am booked but I will probably have to cancel :-( 5 hours ago
My vote is for Louis CK, Katt Williams, Reggie Watts, and of course Chappelle. I would be happy with 2 out of 4.
nick swardon will be okay. i liked him a while ago. i'm rooting for todd barry. i know he did it a couple years ago, but I wasn't there that year unfortunately. but he's my favorite comedian right now. jerry seinfeld will be great too, but i'm unsure about that. if they're looking to top conan though, he's the man to get

Kyle Kinane would be awesome in the comedy tent. Really nice guy too...got to hang out with him a little bit last year when he came into Chattanooga. His Comedy Central Presents just aired...you guys need to check him out if you haven't heard of him.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
Paul F. Tompkins and/or Scott Aukerman in some sort of Comedy Death Ray type show would be must-sees for me. Paul has been gaining popularity over the past couple years so I wouldn't be surprised to see him at Bonnaroo.
I emailed Daniel Tosh's manager a few weeks ago and got this back:
"From: Stacy Mark (smark@wmeentertainment.com)
not likely. sorry

I heard he was kinda a jerk and tickets to his shows were like over $100 each. Forget that he is funny but not that funny.
He's a dick, but that's part of his schtick (no rhyme intended). He's funny, but not that great. His show is hit or miss, but his stand up is a fair amount better than his show.
He came to Knoxville a few months ago (September?), and it sold out really quickly. Tickets on Craigslist were selling for over $100, easily. I saw some advertised at around $150. I can think of only a handful of living comedians I'd even consider paying that much to see.
Side note: I didn't know that Trailer Park Boys did stand up. That's really awesome, though. I hope they come to Roo!

The TPB show i went to centered on Bubbles but it included most of the characters. I think is was the "Drunk, Stoned, and Unemployed Tour." They havent done many shows in the U.S. but i think they are playing Sasquatch this year

I feel pretty confident when I say that Roo will not feature Jeff Dunham or Kathy Griffin. Ron White seems a long shot and so does Gallagher but both seem more likely than the first two
Am I the only one who doesn't think Sarah Silverman is funny?
Nope, I've never liked her.
I imagine we'll be getting Tosh, it makes sense for Bonnaroo to book him. They like to grab rising comics like him, which makes sense as to why they grabbed Swardson too, if that's true.
Chris Rock, Jimmy Fallon, Conan. Who will the big name be? Could this be the year we get Colbert? MC on What?
