I was pondering sending him the March JAMA article about a study on Ivermectin on 457 test subjects that proved conclusively that there were no benefits in using it for the treatment COVID.
we all shouting out pfizer/moderna for the covid-19 vaccine (as we should), but while that's going on GSK quietly making a vaccine that will save ~260,000 children's lives a year. based.
Costco pharmacist told me today “pretty much anyone can get it” when I asked about a Pfizer booster. She was willing to give it to me today even though I got the flu shot today.
I didn’t do it because I didn’t have my covid card on me. But I’ll be back next Friday for it.

Flu shot and COVID shot can be given at the same time. But let me tell you, it packs a wallop.

My doctor told me to wait two weeks between my flu shot and my COVID booster. I have no idea on what she based that.
Do you want to dance while also thinking about all the ways you've failed as a human?

covid booster re-ups the battery in microsoft tracking chip, flu shot makes you infertile. taken together the battery instead goes to your downstairs resulting in a massive increase in the potency and virility.

God, this would be like the trash taking itself out, and probably more effective in retaining the "good cops" than any proposed reform programs. But no, of course we can't have something that nice and easy even when it's sitting right there before us.
LAFD, meanwhile, is trying to enforce vaccines, but nearly 1,000 city firefighters (and apparently many of them don't actually live here) are suing the city over it. I have lost so much respect for firefighters these last two years. The idea of heroism has been contorted with the concept of machoism, which is really just deep personal insecurity. A burning building is safe enough for you, but a wittle bitty needle? Awwww, poor wittle babies.

My brothers friends-next door neighbor was unvaxxed and went to a show a few months ago, that didn't have any vaccine or neg test requirements. He was a military dude in his 30's, perfct health. Died of COVID a couple weeks later.
Being that the venues are privately owned, how can the state really go after them? I mean they would lose right? A company can implement any policy that they want.

Ugh. That fucking sucks. I dropped off my phone to get the screen fixed today and the kid looked like Kyle's friend that died from covid because he thought he could wait on the vaccine. I might have cried a little on the drive back to the office. Fucking heart breaking that anyone that young and in good health should have to suffer or die from this now that there's vaccines.

A company can't implement policies that violate local laws.

There were almost 100 cases linked to the Faster than Horses and Pendleton Whiskey Fests, outdoor fests with no vaccination requirements. At least one secondary infection from the Faster fest landed someone in the hospital.
Most other large events are requiring vaccinations or negative tests, so it’s a fallacy to conclude no deaths equals no danger (or more accurately, no reported deaths and no comprehensive tracing of secondary infections)

I dont think these policies violate the local law. Or at least Live Nation doesnt think so
