Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I have sent out an email (and PM's for those with no email) please let me know if your group did not get it.
All of those who would like to participate are required by me to actually have a drink in your hand by noon, lets make it happen.
Please bring extra EZ ups and other forms of shade to share with all for our common area. Roo can get windy so please remember to tie or stake down everything. Please bring a few extra chairs if you have them. There will be a lot of mingling around within our camp and extra seating is always helpful.
If you will be flying a flag, please post it up in your avatar or signature line and let folks know to look for it.
We will try our best to go to the VIP party Thursday night as a group. I would also like to see all of us roll in together for a tent show Thursday. How cool would it be to roll in 80 deep to one of the first shows of Roo X!!!! I will go ahead and say that anyone I see at camp around 3:30-4 will be asked by me to go to the Futurebirds show.
Brunch is Friday morning in Tent Only camping. I will be going through camp Friday morning to make sure everyone knows about it and no one sleeps through it.
Bring disco themed decorations for camp. Disco balls, lights, etc.
If you have any changes in the number of cars in your group, please let me know asap.
The official time to leave and re-enter Roo is Friday at 9 PM, but this is subject to change.
Sharing is caring, please care for all of those around you.
Start hydrating a few days before Roo by drinking a gallon of water Tuesday, two gallons on Wednesday, and plenty of water throughout Roo. If you drink Gatorade or other sports drinks, your body typically still needs the same volume of water as sports drink.
This is a marathon, not a sprint, so please pace yourself with any adult beverages, no no words or yes yes words.
With 80 folks in our group, there will pretty much always be someone at camp. Lets keep an eye out for each other and our camp.
With 80 folks in our group, there will pretty much always be someone at each show. Ask your fellow Inforoo VIPers what shows they are going to and cruise in with them, we are all in this together. The typical spot for inforooers is just left of the soundboards. If you are solo, chances are you will find inforoosters (all, not just VIP) there.
Mimosa's are the official drink of Inforoosters worldwide, so plan accordingly. If you have never had one, let someone know and we will fix ya up.
Last but not least, we are there to enjoy all the music and arts our hearts desire. Have fun. If you are not having fun for any reason, let someone know and we will remedy the situation.

Is anyone planning on hitting up the Walmart on Wednesday night? It looks like I'll be getting into Manchester around midnight and I'm debating doing the parking lot there.

We'll have a picture of our Cheez-its "flag" up in the next day or two. Our awesome friend Gypsy Feats made it and gifted it to us at Camp Reggae this weekend. Everyone that comes by will be asked to take a Cheez-its picture with the Cheez-its box of their choice. I'm in the brainstorming stages of a collage of Cheez-its pics from festivals over the past year.

I can't remember if I stated this earlier or not, but I have divided the group into 5 sections, each with 7 or 8 cars. I do have a master plan for the entire camp, but with the stoplights we have to go through, it is very unlikely that we will all be able to stay in line together. Also staging 40 cars to all leave together will not be easy. When we leave, we will be in our subgroups and stay together that way. This should help avoid any one car from being left behind. I have a few more small things to figure out, but I wanted everyone to know about this and what to expect. I am so friggin pumped about our camp this year it is ridiculous, but I can't believe we will be there in six days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
edit: On the email, I put 8:30 pm but please know that it is supposed to read am
This is sounding very awesome!! My first Roo Going VIP tent, no car shuttling in from the airport thurs a.m. Hope there's a cool spot for me my tent and shade shelter Hopefully Mike you got my PM peace, thanks
IDK if this is going to matter Mike and Im sure it wont and I also know as a logistics engineer that changing plans this far into a project is a no-no, but we will be taking off Sunday night after Robyn. It seems that parking shouldnt be a problem for us to get out in VIP (at least it wasnt last time I went) but just a heads up in case that alters any of your plans
^ Getting out shouldn't be any problem at all on Sunday nite. Last year, we had 2 people in our VIP area leave on Sunday afternoon - and their EZups & tents were right in the middle of the setup. They didn't have any trouble getting their stuff or their car out. Hope that helps!
I just wanted to say have a safe journey to the farm.
Although I am not going to be there this year, my brain thinks it is still going and pumping out the endomorphins (or whatever its called) like all of your brains are right now.
Anyway, its a good feeling.
Everybody have a great time!!
This is why we all go to work, pay bills and put up with all the nonsense that is human life. At least for me anyway.
Bonnaroo is not just a festival... its a celebration
DUH why am I saying this? You all know it anyway ;D
STAY THIRSTY MY FRIENDS!!!!! (actually stay hydrated..never mind I'll hold down the real world outside of Manchester for you guys

First time Roo'er here...and will be bringing a RV down to the VIP section on late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning. Just found this thread unfortunately (has been a ton of work trying to research stuff and be prepared). But, there are two of us and we'd love to meet some new people. Probably too late to join up and park with everyone but if we know where everyone is at, perhaps we can meet up with the camp. We'll have lots of extra water, gatorade and adult beverages with us to share as well.
Looks like MikeD is the organizer so I will PM him if it's not too late to get added to the list (hopefully the list isnt based on the ability to park with everyone because we won't be rolling in until 2-3am Thursday morning). Looking forward to meeting some new people!
I think Mike is going to contact everyone but we found a new place for our VIP meet-up on Thursday morning. TheDruid, Mike D, Popsicle Sarah and myself ventured to Manchester this morning and scoped it out. So be checking your e-mails for new instructions (or your phones, I think he's going to call some people)!

Got my call! Thanks guys for scoping out the new spot! Car is packed except for perishables, hats and a few pairs of shoes... One more work day, then we are leaving Tuesday morning. I can't wait to see you all Thursday morning!!
