id be all about this. nothing spectacular but enough to have fun. throw galantis in the tent vs PJ.

eh is he bigger then Chance? i really dont know, dont care Cole and seems like he lost some buzz since his last album. He was so boring at MIA a few years ago when i saw him and have no intention of seeing him headline it this year.

I want no part of him but I could see it. I think Hangout got Chance at the right time tbh, as he was ascending to being a headliner. J Cole is already established as a top 3 act at smaller fests and top 4 at bigger ones (Lolla/Roo). He's playing arenas too. I don't want him at all but I jus feel like I'd rather set my expectations with him being top 3 than get let down again.

saturday: hangout: jack white surf: bassnectar boom boom: zeds dead
sunday: hangout: gorillaz surf: j cole boom boom: tyler the creator or big sean
Who would be the 'fourth' headliner? I would say either Big Sean or J Cole.
Yeah I was saying J.Cole as 4th headliner. I think he's big enough to headline but about the same as Chance tbh. I don't get the hate for him on boards tho. To me he's one of the best rappers out right now next to Kendrick. But that's just me and yeah I know it's the most amazing mock but I could enjoy a lot of this lol.

agree with you on j cole. he was the most exciting part of Drakes set at ACl a few years back. that reminds me...
drakes still on the table and has never played HOF and im sure he'll have new music by then so if you think about it J cole rly isnt the worst case scenario lmao.
really keeping my fingers crossed my girl Beth Ditto from The Gossip shows up at hangout now that she's gone solo and new album seems to be doing well. man she can belt. one of my fav. sets from roo 2011.

True and I'd way rather J.Cole then drake and I actually don't hate drake just not someone I'm also begging to see lol. And btw you guys I feel like I made a great time to add jack White to the mock being that he just announced he's working on his 3rd studio album!
off topic but have any of you been to Vegas? (probably) Going in November for a Bach party and trying to figure out as much budgeting as I can to be prepared. Looking for any tips or advice I can find.

I've gone the last 3 yrs and going again in October. It's the fuckin' best. In terms of places to stay, if you wanna be on the strip, just try and book during the week. That's when they typically have the best deals. I would check Trivago, Booking, and Hotels.com routinely. All have diff deals. Ideally u wanna be at a place that has a pool and a sportsbook (obviously), and the more centered u are on the strip, the better. Flights are a toss up like flying any where else.
Just keep in mind, when booking the resorts, they always have a $30+ resort fee per night that isn't shown. So some of these sites look too good to be true and then boom ur adding on another $70 in taxes and another $120 in resort fees over 3 nights. At the end of the day, if ur splitting a room with 2 queen beds between 4 people it won't be THAT bad. U just wanna make sure u have adequate spending money while ur there. Also, don't take cabs, take Ubers. They're cheaper. Let me know if you guys are looking into a certain place and I'll try and fill u in as much as possible.
most are booked already and all doing MGM so ill just be joining a room and giving them back like 300-350 for the 3 nights. Flights right now are under 450 from Philly with good times so i might jump this week. Just wanna make sure im straight with cash, trying to budget like 1500 between going out and gambling for the trip which sounds doable from people i talked to. We have been looking up estimated VIP costs at places too since it seems to be a way better bet and its looking decent to do at least one day or night. Pretty sure a few people in my group might have some hookups too and i think my brother does too so i reached out to him earlier, he is friends with M.Knight, Leo, Pat Croce, Buffet and dudes like that as a high end chef so hoping he can hook something up.

It really depends on how much gambling you do. Gambling is usually the biggest expense. You can find good and reasonably priced restaurants all along the strip. Drink prices are not bad either (they are free if you are gambling).
You can drop alot of money gambling if you are cold and don't quit. Especially if you are in a nice casinos with high table limits. There are some older casinos on the strip with low table limits (O'Shea's, Flamingo) that can save you some money. The sports betting areas are also fun to watch games. However, they don't give you free drinks unless you are betting big time.
