Kings Of Leon just cancelled their Wilkes Barre PA show do to the lead singers illness. Doctors told him that he can not use his voice for at least 72 hours. Does Roo have a back up plan for headliner if he is not well enough to preform on Friday? WHo would be avalible this lat in the game?

I did just read an article that said their new album is going to be more like their debut one "youth and young manhood" which is a great album, perhaps they are gonna trash this only by night bullshit.

Unfortunately, he'll be fine since he'll have nearly a week to rest his throat. Maybe he'll continue to slug whiskey, yell like a madman, and they'll get someone, anyone to replace them.

Macca is playing Isle of Wight. Waters/Gilmour are not touring.
Neil Young, MMJ, and Arcade Fire are all in the middle of tours... but the bottom line is that they cancelled the show to allow him enough time to rest before Roo. This is a HUGE gig for them... no way they cancel.
Even if they were to cancel, I would imagine Roo moving the schedule around. There is not enough time for an addition to push ticket sales.
I know how to save this one Les Claypool is on the farm Primus is touring next month snatch up a couple of peeps instant supersatisfactory headliner then just find someone to fill the Les slot problem solved who is down for Primus headlining?

I think it will either be Paul Simon or Roger Waters I would love to hear then anounce David Gilmore but in my opinion the best chance longshots are Simon/Waters or Waters with Clapton

Gilmour/Waters is unrealistic... Neil Young would be the most likely of any of them. The last show in his current tour before July 11th is tonight in Texas.

I guess Young could be a possibility since he has been doing that AC tour but Bonnaroo wouldn't have any motivation to add anyone. A big add a couple days before the fest won't sell tickets.
