He's also said that this season "is a bloodbath" but I don't think that's anything we weren't expecting.
I'm definitely looking forward to the next episode a lot. Dying to see what happens and how they get their hands on the precursor. Also wondering how the specifically deal with Lydia.

I think I posted this in the Lolla thread the other day but I figured I’d put it here because of the discussion a couple pages back.
Anyway I was watching Delta Spirit on the Saturday of Lolla on the far right side of the crowd. I see a guy walking into the crowd wearing a super cool looking Batman shirt and I remember thinking to myself I was jealous of the shirt. A few seconds later this guy is RIGHT next to me, bumps into my arm and says sorry. I started to turn to say it’s fine and I realize it’s Aaron f*cking Paul taking a picture of the band with his cell phone. I just stared like a buffoon without saying anything for a couple seconds until he walked back out of the crowd and back into the VIP area next to the stage. I looked around and I don’t think anyone else really recognized him; his hair was longer and he had a beard which is probably why I didn’t recognize him right away.
Also, I haven’t been able to watch this week’s episode yet and it’s killing me seeing this thread updated every five minutes and not being able to read any of the posts.

Awesome story. Good to hear Aaron Paul is a fan of a good music in addition to being an amazing actor.
I have a coworker that has just started watching. It is so difficult to keep my mouth shut when she talks about something happening in the first season.

Agreed. I have gotten Abra to watch the first three episodes largely due to the fact that I think my assertion that the title of "Best Show Ever" is its to lose in this last season. She talks about the tension getting to her, and I don't have the heart to tell her she has no idea how much worse it is going to get.

Sidebar: knowing that AP is a huge music fan (see GQ article pg 14) and GLENNRON'S STORY (DAMMIT, YOU LUCKY BASTARD!).... i fully intend on continuing to attend as many fests as possible with the thought in the back of my head that I could meet AP. Or at least bump arms with him.

The last episode made me realize something that i had been subconsciously noticing but never picked up on. There are quite a few parallels to Shakespeare's tragedies, particularly Hamlet and Macbeth. The Ophelia scene is what made me put it all together and then the "blood on my hands" line later in the episode pulled it all together.
I have a few theories of whats going to happen based on this connection that I'm not going to into too far but I do think Walter will kill Jesse by accident thinking he is someone else and that the final episode will be a big shoot out where Hank kills Walter.
I was waiting for a post like that to surface. When I posted that I fully expected someone to call me out immediately. I figured it'd be funnier to let it ride than edit it.

I finally got around to watching last week's episode. Don't really have much to add that hasn't already been said, but I liked the watch ticking to end the episode. It reminded me of Mike's "ticking time bomb" quote from earlier in the season, so it makes sense that some serious sh*t might go down tonight.
