If pasta is large enough to stuff with meat - stuffed shells. If you stuff then cover with sauce, cheese and bake it- baked shells (or baked STUFFED shells!). If small shells, goolash fo' sho'. hahaha. Enjoy!

Tonight's main course will be "fancy" Chicken Cordon Bleu. I'll be using a mix of panko and dried time for the breading. Fancy it up substituting the ham with quality prosciutto, and Gruyère instead of Swiss....iz REAL good!

We usually share recipes in here.... everyone has been great about giving recipes when I've asked for something specific.
Do you think if I started a recipe thread people would participate?
I kind of thought that's what this thread would be and I just hadn't gotten around to poking around in here. I'd love to hear other recipes from Roosters, whether it's a sauce, a dish, desert, or even a trail mix, or versatile spice rub. I've seen many things in this thread that have my cursor hovering above the PM button!

Chicken (I had to use the rest of the package I opened the other day).
I fancied it up though. I sliced up a pear and an apple then put the chicken breasts on top of that in the baking dish. Then, I put honey, maple syrup, soy sauce, cinnamon and cloves on top of the chicken. I added a splash of chicken brother because it didn't look like it had enough liquid. The recipe I was basing mine off of added apple cider which would have been great if I had any. Next time, I plan on having some available. Also, I think I put just a tad too much soy sauce in it. Served it over brown/white rice because I didn't have enough brown rice.
