I was going to use that logic too.... but then buffalo springfield unconstested at which just ruined it. We're going to have unconstested headline what size crowds at which, it will be a disaster!
Not necessarily. The younger crowd will probably be lining up for Eminem's set on the What stage.
There are also a lot of young people who could care less about seeing Eminem. I'm thinking of the oversized Flaming Lips crowd at Which stage last year and doubling it. Total disaster that a monkey can see coming.

How about you read my whole post next time? My next line said this:
I'm 24 and I know there are a good amount of young people who want to see Buffalo Springfield as well but I think there's also a ton of people who don't know/don't care about Buffalo Springfield.
It's going to be crowded for sure. But don't expect 70,000 people at the Which stage.
Since I'm new to this, is there some sort of map or can anyone tell me where the stages are in relation to one another? Am I going to have to trek forever to get from one to the next?

Ok sweet, thanks. I just wanted to know how far it was to run to another tent/stage with like 15 min to spare in between sets
You can definitely make it to a show in a different tent/stage in 15 minutes. You may miss a couple minutes of one or the other if there's a lot of people walking and moving between shows, but you can definitely make it in 15 minutes.

There's a small amount of shorthand and some rounding of the times (rarely). Please let me know if the links don't work or if the document is incorrect.

Thank you so much, that makes me happy. Most of the bands I want to see are in this and the other tents, they seem pretty close

or the year when the flaming lips were supposed to play after the police on the which stage and had so many people they did a "soundcheck" with war pigs. also passed out a shit ton of laser pointers.

In response to those thinking that BS at the which was a bad idea. They are probably trying to avoid another Kanye West incident. Maybe Em has an elaborate stage setup, so instead of having Black Keys, BS, and Em back to back to back they moved BS to the Which to give Em ample time to set up. Also, I think it will be fun having an unopposed Which act.

I just created an Excel 2010 worksheet with the schedule for all 4 days. If someone could PM me I'll send it to you so you can figure out how to get it uploaded cause I got no idea. It's 256k.

We now know that the billing doesn't always mean that a band plays a better spot than the other. Look at Primus & Ray Lamontagne:
Ray is billed 13th and is opening for Primus who are billed 17th. The only thing that pops into my mind is that Primus has a later set and is billed lower 'cause they're conflicting with MMJ. (what is in fact a worse spot than when Ray is playing)
