Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
They posted something on social media a week or two ago about holiday merch and ended it with ‘See you in 2020’
Ehhh Im not going to call a cryptic Instagram post the same as a tour announcement. For what it’s worth, I would love to see them in 2020. I just don’t think it’s happening. I’d love to be wrong
I think the Jacket might squeeze in a couple of shows this spring. If Bo goes back on tour with Roger Waters (assuming Roger Waters locks in a tour) then a Jacket tour of any note would be on hold.
I don’t feel like MMJ at the farm is happening but never say never. The Roo & MMJ share some DNA.
LOL since it's already been leaked. What we don't know is if the leak from the app contained everyone who is going to be announced in the main lineup announcement or if they are saving anyone big. Some users on other boards around the web and on Reddit have said that they only release local names later on. That's not correct as the last few years, only one or two local acts were usually included. It's a mix of upper, mid-card, lower-card and obscure adds and the distribution has been different in different years. Here are the recent final adds for example:
2019 - Earl Sweatshirt, Kasbo, Kero Kero Bonito, Yves Tumor, SunSquabi, Mason Maynard and The Iceman Special

I feel like Ashley Capp’s team understand Bonnaroo. They have been a constant thread even when others (Superfly & C3) might have caused the ship to veer for better or for worse. So I have faith & trust that the new roo (minus the arch) has the ability to make magic happen. Ashley books more the heart .
Hangout is now on it’s 4th or 5th set of talent buyers. In my opinion they went big ($$) and that top line covers a lot of bases. But was it booked with any kind of spirit? Any hope of Hangout only moments. No. So it remains uninspired. Will it sell well compared to last year - yes.
The farm is not the beach and the beach will never be the farm.
Honestly why in the fuck do I forget important things daily but I remember a comment that was made 5 years ago about My Morning Jacket playing Bonnaroo?
I had to look it up to see if I was right in 2015.
Black Keys effing suck. I’ll never understand how they got beyond mid tier status.
Gnr is headlining literally every fest in the SE this fall. Other than Voodoo becoming milquetoast post-Rehage I don’t see how they wouldn’t get them as it looks like they are the industry thing for this region/season.
No Gnr, who were fn incredible on their reunion tour, while getting some soft bois rock would def be a kick in the nuts but it is what it is.
I want to see The Cure and Billie Eilish back to back on Sunday. If the rest of the lineup is whack I’ll just come that day.
The Cure is our number one priority for the fall and we plan on flying to Vegas and Chicago as well if shows get announced there.
Wow - “milquetoast“- who knew. Anyway, GnR are in.
Coachella should announce today. Gov Ball right after. Bonnaroo 2019 - next week. No spoilers except to say - things are looking up ⬆️ for the Roo. Dreams can come true.
The headliners at these GV festivals are really screwing with your scoops reputation
LOL - I've been Kanyed. #squidbrain Crazy does what crazy wants. And #reborn is a nod to AC taking back the reins of the Roo & not KSG. And I like the Strokes but not as a headliner.

Welllppp. I really want to know who the missing band is that delayed this.
I'm extremely down for Gorgon City and Jungle. The top line does not do it for it at all. I like Lumineers, but as a headliner??? I know almost zero of the undercard so who knows maybe I'll find a few gems.
I'm going to the beach regardless, might as well listen to some live music.
No missing band - the artists on the top line were making sure they were billed as top line bands and arguing over what order they are in. Hence 6 bands on top.
Maybe? They played January and played Jazz Fest last year. I love them live here because you already know they will bring out Ivan Neville and George Porter Jr to do a 15 minute funk jam.
Infinity pass is wrong on this. AC is not going away. They are becoming a subdivision of LiveNation; just like Founders, C3, the sasquatch crew, the folks at HARD, ect. They are an imprint of a bigger company (like how Goldenvoice is Tollets crew that works under the larger AEG umbrella; or how Interscope records is a subdivision of Universal Music Group, ect).
The same folks are running the show. They just are not financially responsible anymore.
I didn't say AC was going away. AC is now LN. Superfly is not LN. C3 is LN. C3 > AC. Bonnaroo = C3 and Superfly gave up the talent buying.
Is that a RIP the lineup is garbage or RIP Livenation is scrapping the festival or an RIP the festival isn't gonna be the same?
It's like having a favorite restaurant. You see the familiar sign out front and you walk in. First you notice the art on the wall has changed. Then the waiter is different and hands you a new menu. Turns out they have a new chef too. Then you look around and notice all the empty tables.
C3 knows how to book and run some of the biggest Festivals around. They are now in charge. Not Superfly & not AC entertainment. The Bonnaroo name will live on but will it be the Festival we hold so near & dear? My heart says no.
