Not sure if Flogging Molly would work, but hey, why not?!
I think David Gray would be perfect for this type of festival. There is also this new band I heard named Voxtrot that is awesome. They're not well known, so I figure Superfly could probably fit it into their budget to squeeze them in.

God, I'd about pee my pants if Massive Attack headlined. Can't see it though.
Anyway! My dream lineup for next year:-
Arcade Fire The Rolling Stones (headline) The White Stripes Muse Pearl Jam (headline) Tori Amos Sigur Ros Kaiser Chiefs Snow Patrol Velvet Revolver The Chemical Brothers Radiohead (headline)
Mostly rock I know, not much of a jam band fan I'm afraid!
As your attorney I advise you to drive at top speed and it'll be a Goddamn miracle if we get there before you turn into some kind of wild animal. Are you ready for that? Checking into a Las Vegas hotel under a phony name with the intent to commit capital fraud with a head full of acid? I certainly hope so...

I wholeheartedly agree with David Gray, Tragically Hip, and the Counting Crows. I loved all of this music ten years ago and I believe there was a good reason.
I could even see Barenaked Ladies. Consummate showmanship at it's best. That would be a pretty cool show at Roo.

Ok, this was my first 'roo and I had the time of my life. TOOL was the greatest thing my eyes have ever witnessed, but I doubt they would play a festival like Bonnaroo more than once. They were such a curious choice for headliners but if it weren't for them playing there I would not have been there.
That being said, I am wondering who people would like to see headline next year's festival. My top top top three headliner picks that would never happen are a Phish reunion, Paul McCartney, or Pearl Jam. Yeah, I know, keep dreaming. I feel like it will more realistically be the Chili Peppers or something like that, who I never get really excited about even though I dig their music. I would probably not attend a Bonnaroo where the peppers were headlining. I would also like to see My Morning Jacket and the Disco Biscuits back in the Bonnaroo lineup, and at least a Trey appearance. Sean Lennon and Aphex Twin would be sweet too, and if they are really looking to shake things up, how about Isis, Pelican, or Between the Buried and Me. That would melt my face.

Also, the foo fighters, incubus, finger eleven, and the DEFTONES HOW COULD I FORGET THE DEFTONES??????

TOOL blew my mind (though I did think they were actually trying to hurt us with how loud they played) so I would love to see some other Heavy Metal band.
could you imagine Metallica Headlining one night!!!
I think the only reason Tool was there, was because of their unorthodox style of a metal band. You got to remember, they consider themselves a progressive rock band rather than a metal band. So I don't really think Tool will set a precendent with Bonnaroo booking metal bands, other than my choice for Black Sabbath. However would think if Black Sabbath were to be there, it would be the Ozzy led Sabbath, which was a more bluesy-hard rock than metal. I would be very dissapointed with Bonnaroo if it ever did book metal bands, as that would be a total conflict of what kind of vibe Bonnaroo is.
Massive Attack would be amazing. They played ACL and rocked the house. Most people didn't know who they were, but they still headlined and stoled the show!
Possible bands based on album releases:
Coldplay Foo Fighters Aerosmith Matisyahu Our Lady Peace RHCP
