i know, i was hoping that round 1 would hold me over for a little while but i guess it goes with out saying i was a little dispointed. maybe next week since round 1 only had two bands?

Im just as excited as everyone else, but to be totally honest I dont feel Im this excited. Im pretty content with where the lineup stands now. Its already a great festival as it stands, anything from here on makes it go from great into legendary territory.
I was born in the back seat of a Yellow Cab in a hospital loading zone and with the meter still running. I emerged needing a shave and shouted 'Time Square, and step on it!

Here is my first guess for another band, Modest Mouse, The Shins, announcment that tool will be playing two nights and pink floyd coming out and playing w/ tool for a few songs sunday! haha i'm not even enjoying the festives of bonnaroo yet but i'm making predictions!(living members of course)
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!
any festival where I get to see Tool, The Mars Volta, White Stripes, Flaming Lips, and The Police would be a perfect festival... Looks like I'm one band off....

I have been wondering about the weak additions. Perhaps all of the bands on the initial leak were not supposed to be in the initial round, so they had no real big surprises for the first round of additions.

i'm hoping for volta, claypool, and bela fleck. There's something there for everyone. New proggy stuff, Middle aged weirdo stuff, and old guy jazz-bluegrass stuff.

Maybe you know something I don't, but I was under the impression he had a good time. His set was a lot of fun and he even liked the roo atmosphere so much he made that hilarious puppet movie. "I smell like an idiot" . . . "where I come from smoothies are like so important" . . . Plus he played Vegoose a few months later.
But I doubt he will be back, doesn't seem like the kind of performer they would get in back to back years.

Huh, I didn't know that; so what, he just went around whatever city he was playing in and made fun of it for five minutes? I would love to see more puppet movies.
Yeah, he did it in Austin, and Los Angeles at the shows my friends went to. The puppet's playing loser and the dining room thing as well. Everything he did at Roo was part of his tour's traveling act.
