My wife and I did a cross-country road trip years ago, and we spent a good chunk of one of the days driving through Oklahoma. On the stretch of Route 66 (and the interstate - because who wants to drive slowly through Oklahoma) that ran through Oklahoma, literally the only attraction was the Blue Whale of Catoosa pictured below. We did not stop. I'll rank it at 19 because I'm not sure Nebraska even has a whale.
I'm going 17th because Reservation Dogs was created by a Native Oklahoman, set in Oklahoma, and filmed in Oklahoma, and there's more than a few states left who haven't given me as much joy as Rez Dogs has

Went to the actual Visit Nebraska website. They come out swinging from the jump.

We're kinda playing with fire though if Nebraska doesn't pop up. Either Arkansas or Oklahoma would be great #20s. Might not get another worthy candidate.
I would be okay if something slightly worse like Nebraska ended up at like 19, but would be way sadder if something mid-range got stuck at 20. #GoFor20
