Their post today referenced baby #3 dropping soon and GV Bay Area replied “oh babyyy” so I’m going to take that to mean we’re getting LCD Soundsystem.
I don’t *actually* think that’s necessarily a clue BUT it’s interesting they’re skipping the Bay Area while hitting the rest of the northwest and their EU tour ends Sept 1…

It’s been 3 shows in the last 18 months (3 in the last year really), to add the other 8 you have to go back 21 months. But yeah, the point stands lol.
Editing to note that I misread that as the last 1.5 years but yeah, they really smothered the bay from the start of that 2022 residency through new years last year.

I think this is what will happen. Maybe in the special guest spot, maybe a second liner. Makes way more sense for it to be Jamie XX b2b Honey Dijon, than just Jamie XX returning after only a year off.

I'm with you, I just DM'd them hoping for something (s/o to mikey for recommending that as an ez way to get confirmations).
They could be lying for fun. There was very little Do Lab overlap in 2022 and 2023 (not a huge surprise since they are booked separately), but I do feel like they are the kind of act Portola would attract. Funny how one of my top wishlist act would be a probably bottom line haha.
