Never been to Glasto before, but don't mind not being there this year. Saturday is the only day that I like. Overall pretty disappointing for Glasto.
Fri. LCD > Dua > Joy Orbison is a nice run. Overall really boring day. Difficult to find s set I'd be excited for. Nice way to end the first day tho.
Sat. Bloc Party > Groove Armada > Little Simz > The Streets > Coldplay > Hot Chip > Prydz This really takes me back to my early festival days. Although nothing new, many of these bands were favorites at some point.
Sun. Janelle Monae > Two Door Cinema Club > London Grammar > Justice Really not a fan of this day. Although several fun acts like Seasick Steve and Steel Pulse it really feels underwhelming. Not much I haven't seen.

Thats why you see everything else instead of all the things you know. Plenty to keep the day busy. Its "lacking", sure, but weather pending itll be a fun weekend.

I think I have my rough schedule worked out here. No way I can actually see all this but it’s the starting plan. * is a must see
Thurs: lambrini girls > CC: Disco > Moonchild Sanelly > groove armada > Jayda G > Adelphi Music Factory > Dove/Bonobo or Two Shell
Friday: Sofia Kourtesis* > not sure here, Asha Puthli or Jarvis Cocker DJ probably > Headie One > Conman > Romy DJ > Danny Brown*> LCD* > Dua* > Charli if I can get a reasonable spot, more Sofia if not > Daphni > Sammy Virji B2B DJ Ez
Saturday: Daphni if I don’t end up seeing him Friday or Femi Kuti and Arya Starr (or sleep in) > Alogte Oho > Otoboke Beaver > Arooj Aftab > Bloc Party* > Black Pumas or Yard Act > The Streets * > Orbital* > Bazza Can’t Swim > Peggy > Salute b2b Joy Anon > move to Fatboy Slim so I can say I saw him in England or just ride out Hot Chip and Prydz on the giant dragonfly for a few more hours> Planning to Rock
Sunday: ?? > Psychedelic Porn Crumpets > Mdou Moctar > Steel Pulse > Jordan Rakei > Brittany Howard > Burna Boy > Paranoid London > Justice maybe, not sure what I’m gonna be in the mood for the last headliner > Prospa* to close out
Very rough schedule. Literally all subject to change pending how much I want to be on my own, how far I want to walk and how much I"ve had to drink. Actually Thursday is already in flux now that Groove Armada has scuttled their Thursday slot.
Wednesday Pub Quizzes, adapt to warm cider and stop at any freak shows I happen upon

in Glastonbury's defense, you're kind of a dullard with boring and bad taste
Is glasto like prima in that it’s better to just hop around the side stages than try to catch a show from a mile back and the main?
my biggest issue with pyramid often wasn’t the crowd or the flags but the sun and there were quite a few acts I saw that I didn’t have to put a big amount of effort to get pretty close for (eg Olivia Rodrigo). I think you’d have a fine experience either way.

Its not that hard to get close. I was 5 rows from the front for Kendrick and I went into the crowd halfway through Lorde. Its fairly easy to piece together a schedule where you can be in a certain area to catch a few acts before moving somewhere else. Like my step count was way down during the fest itself because of that. And yeah, for O Rod it was def pretty easy to get close when Glass Animals had finished cause half of the people in front left which was kinda weird, but thats crowds for ya. The key thing is to be in a spot where it sounds good. Thats my gripe for sure. Like yeah, theres a billion flags and you gotta watch the screens but if it sounds like ass where you are then its pointless. Coachella has that down where you could be pretty far back at Main and hear things crystal clear. Not the case at Glasto. Lots of people last year said they were in the back at Elton cause thats where there was room and it sounded horrible so they left.
The burial speculation I’m pretty sure is coming from this post, but I think there’s 0% chance Burial’s first ever live performance of any kind is at the Crow’s Nest. (I think there’s also no way Kieran is anyone other than Four Tet).
