Also... I figured these would be the dates when I saw the Hyatt cost significantly less the week after ~$399/night vs. ~$180/night

Yeah, had to grab an Airbnb on market square for the same price I paid for the Hyatt this year.

I was thinking about that on the train. Truthfully though, he's always done festival performances so I'm not 100% sure he was off the table ever.

Hard to say. He played a few years ago (2018 or 2019) and was incredible. If it is a tease, I'd be stoked.
