i like this lineup but as a hip hop fan this is pretty bad. i'm really looking forward to tierra whack and want to see denzel curry and 21 savage if there aren't conflicts. no interest in roddy ricch, j cole, $uicideboy$, or ludacris. from the last couple of lineups i was wanting to see young thug, run the jewels, megan, tyler, and j.i.d.
i think the rap is surprisingly solid
Isaiah Rashad, Tobe Nwigwe, slowthai, and Bas are good acts you didn’t mention
It is weird how Thursday and Sunday have so little rap tho
I guess I apologize for having an opinion you don’t share? Not sure what your expectation is here.
Not at all, but how can objectively look at prior lineups and think this is better? Besides the U2 year, this is easily the worst they’ve ever put out.

[me, eating a hamburger i found in the dumpster behind Wendy's] this reminds me a lot of the steaks they serve at Peter Luger's. not because they're equally as good, but because they're both made of beef.
Just sell the bus so you don’t have to do the mental gymnastics trying to convince yourself this is a good lineup.
I genuinely do think it’s slightly above average for how Bonnaroo has looked for the last ten years. Friday and Saturday will be extremely hectic for how much I personally want to see.
It’s slightly above average for the way Bonnaroo has looked since 2017. Doesn’t come close to anything from 2016 or before.
If you’d look at that original statement, you’ll see that I immediately stated it wasn’t nearly as good. I said that the booking diversity reminded me of it.
There’s music I’d like to see and my friends will be there, it’ll be fun. That’s enough for me, I guess your mileage may vary.
Roo is a hard fest to do…the conditions and camping can be brutal. I’ve given them them the benefit of a doubt in prior years, but this is just embarrassing.
It sucks that the first time they don’t book a dog shit electronic lineup they somehow fuck up the rest of the lineup. This will easily be the youngest crowd Roo has ever had.
Why take 4 days off work, spend close to $900, and drive 12hrs for a lineup this sub-par? Hopefully this doesn’t sell and they just chalk it up as a loss and come back something better next year.

If they're really trying to get more acts to perform out in the campgrounds it will be interesting to see who those are. Japanese Breakfast, Arlo Parks, and All them Witches would be great fits for that Plaza/livestream thing they had planned for 2021.

Yes there are a couple psyche acts on the lineup and some jam that would do well with a trippy crowd. It's just not the big shit so much.
can’t make it this year but this lineup looks like a good time. Best Thursday since 2016 I think (Sons of Kemet, The Weather Station, & Kenny Mason are some of the best bookings of the whole weekend IMO).
