As for the undercard, here's my wish list:
100 gecs Bakar Boy Pablo Charli XCX Dayglow Declan McKenna DEVAULT Djo Father John Misty Floating Points Four Tet Goth Babe Giveon HONNE Injury Reserve James Blake Jamie xx Joji Jorja Smith M83 Mac DeMarco Mdou Moctar Orville Peck Surfaces Tom Misch Weyes Blood Yellow Days
Since they were somehow able to get Caribou to play, I'm hoping that they are able to book Floating Points and Four Tet. Might be wishful thinking though.

Rage Against the Machine and Halsey seem likely. RATM lines up for all of Coachella/Hangout/Firefly.
Curious to see who the 3rd and possibly 4th headliners are, assuming they decide to stick with 4. Sounds like Kendrick could be in Europe for Glastonbury, but maybe they go with J. Cole or Travis? Tyler looks to be out with DC and Philly dates in March. Or yet, do they go a different route with someone like Arctic, Florence, or LCD? Lorde is out, but maybe they go with Miley? It’ll be interesting to see how this all shakes out. Hell, all of this speculation could just be thrown out of the window if they decide to keep it in September and tour dates go by.

Will they move it back to June or keep it in September? We'll see what happens.
Until then, here's a quick mock that I did:
Halsey • The 1975 • Leon Bridges
Arctic Monkeys/Florence + The Machine/LCD Soundsystem • Lil Nas X • ILLENIUM
Miley Cyrus • Disclosure • Lil Uzi Vert
Rage Against the Machine • Run the Jewels • Brittany Howard
I couldn't decide between Arctic, Florence, or LCD. Arctic has a new album coming next year and Firefly was their first North American festival the last album cycle, Florence has been on a hiatus since 2019 and it feels like she's due for a return, and LCD's Brooklyn residency is being promoted by AEG.
Throw in Foo Fighters and Nine Inch Nails for potential headliners.. Trent Reznor was a producer on the new Halsey album, after all, and Foo Fighters are local rock heroes who are overdue for a return.

Foos will be in Europe all of June and NIN has a Hellfest appearance, so it remains to be seen if they’ll be doing more shows over there during that time as well.

Is there an official survey or some other way that the festival gauges what people are interested in?
Caribou had a decent crowd, but it wasn't crazy packed from what I could tell. I'd also love more left field electronic acts such as BICEP or Darkside.
Definitely a stretch here but here’s what I’ve got so far.

I would enthusiastically go to this so probably not what it will look like. This rings more of a Coachella east
I wish Firefly would book someone like NiN but I really doubt it. Pretty sure they will stick to their lane of mainstream pop/rap/alt rock
Co headline with Halsey and thats how you get away with the booking. The only thing I see getting in the way is that NIN is supposed to be in France a week after Firefly is potentially held.
with Coachella getting Swedish House Mafia and there being seemingly no dates for them in Philly or DC, I would tend to believe that both Rage and SHM will headline this next year

There’ll be no Kacey Musgraves, Maren Morris, Taylor Swift, Cam, Chris Stapleton, Willie Nelson, Dwight Yoakam or Sturgill Simpson because they’re just country singers and they can play at country music festivals instead of some rock and pop ones.
