twenty one pilots allegedly announcing their summer arena tour on thursday. will probably point towards if they’ll be in the woodlands or not.
They are performing in Portland and Seattle on that Thursday and Saturday, respectively. Also have DC and Philly dates as well, so they look like they are out.

I think itll be safe to say some artists could crossover from this for 2022. Plenty of artists that can plan a month long tour west coast to east coast.
I’m really hoping Firefly would be able to get:
Courtney Barnett Floating Points Four Tets Honey Dijon IDLES Jorja Smith Jungle Kaytranada Kelly Lee Owens LCD Mac DeMarco Mdou Moctar Paris Texas Slowthai Wet Leg Yves Tumor

I'm not sure how this has been overlooked, but the fact that Firefly is being held at the end of September this year, again, and the fact that MCR is performing in Newark, NJ the Tuesday and Wednesday before Firefly, and then in Florida on Saturday with nothing in between, makes them a prime candidate for the Friday headliner.

Cause planes.
Because of planes MCR's obvious opening for Firefly was overlooked, or because of planes they're in or out.. ?
What are you talking about with that worthless commentary?

I mean SHM is whatever, but Halsey is kinda legit for collaborating with Trent Reznor.. and Gorillaz and Rage are like a dream set of headliners.
In a perfect world, NIN and Halsey would co-headline a night, and SHM would be a pre or post headliner on another night.. Also Radiohead would be in play annually

Really hope we get Disclosure as a sub. Such a fun show. I think there might be a good chance since it looks like they are playing Coachella and Electric Forest, both of which are run by AEG.

No, I don’t think Firefly will be held in September because the weather will be getting cooler and yes, I think June could be a lot better than September when the weather get warmer and hotter.

God I am praying SO hard for MCR. I know it’s too far fetched, but I’m crossing my fingers!

What’s the likelihood that the SHM tour gets cancelled? Their ticket sales are pitiful. I’d be fine with them as a sub, but if they are being considered headliners, disappointment would be an understatement.
