Sure iet's completely disregard an entire rule wholesale /s
We've already established rule three means nothing by showing that an act that tours/records with isn't eligible as a combo unless explicitly stated, that's why Lesh and Friends and NP get their sub pieces, and why Roger and Neil don't.
Just realized this looking at my poster. I have Hans Zimmer listed as Hans Zimmer Orchestra, since that's what it is. Does anyone have an issue with this?

Before people picked UDFAs, cdevaney asked for a list of people we thought we had rights to. On that basis, he put it in the OP so people would not pick those acts. Destroyer was included. Because of this, people who actually read the OP did not choose him. It’s unfair to reward someone for not reading the damned OP. It’s not that hard to understand.
Well, this actually makes no sense and I'd like it in plain-ish English. I'm just not following here:

Okay, but...
y'know what fuck it I don't have the energy to keep this shit up

Cool, it’s settled then. If it pleases everyone, i will replace destroyer in my final lineup.

This is why I was confused about Alice Cooper. He isn't on that list. But people are fallible and shit slips through the cracks. Not defending or anything towards Destroyer. A-ha moment for myself and my confusion.

Lucious/Promise of the Real were not explicitly listed as "Roger Waters and Lucious/Neil and the Real", when New Pornographers/Phil Lesh & Friends were drafted they were drafted explicitly with specific people. I think that's the main thing (?). While I don't necessarily agree with it, I think that's the precedent, but seems like Kim is being a bro so really nothing to be worried about.
