Alright, before I'm gonna start talking about my line up I should give some credit to some people. First of sang_xcx who has been helping me over the whole draft with the most random questions about the draft, certain names I should pick or nah or correct my billing. Then trantsgiving who finalized my line up, billing wise and provided it with an awesome font (I just couldn't my head around on what kind of font to use and to play the names on the bill). Next up, Fred who helped me with some UFDA-help! And last but not least, who just like Sang had to deal with the most stupid questions sometimes and who has lead this draft in good ways, cdevaney
Now, my line up. I tried to keep it very balanced but tried to go for a very rock-based line up. Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters and The Killers are the very obvious names at the top ofcourse but I wanted that it was consistent over the whole thing. That's where Bring Me The Horizon, Wolf Alice, Biffy Clyro (to name a few) come. During the first round, I actually came to the conclusion that my line up was very male and I wanted to change that. I've tried to trade for Florence + The Machine, for example but it didn't work out. I tried to keep as much balance as I could, genre wise but also gender and race wise. Last thing is that I wanted my line up to have some Belgian touch in there. Very happy that not much Belgian acts were picked in the first round (Soulwax is one f.e.). Very happy I can announce Stromae, Amelie Lens, Amenra, Netsky and so on on my line up.
Techno is a genre that easily gets skipped at major NA festivals but I felt like there just needed to be an all night long at Arcuroo. Len Faki and Ben Klock will do an all nighter, right after the late night act on the Other has ended, they'll do the job. Amelie Lens and Charlotte De Witte, the two leading ladies in the scene here in Belgium are gonna do a Sunrise Set after those two legends.
Next up, I'm gonna give you the line up of the Other.:
Kinda can't believe I'm the only person to pick these guys so far.. one of my all time favorites.
They were on my list for a good long while but when I couldn't find a good recent live clip of them I talked myself out of them. It's a great pick, I just started overthinking things too much.
I forgot my poster at home and the latest version was saved on that one. tЯist♡n has one done if he ever comes back online. But the real question is, when do we drop these?
I didn't want to drop it before I could replace Alice Cooper and if I have to replace Mazzy Star. Did I miss a post saying to drop them with our lineup releases? If so, I really screwed the pooch for both tЯist♡n and myself.

none of these so far (i don't think), wolf alice is probably one of the top handful of bands I've discovered recently, seeing them this weekend!
had UMO and Jagwar, but I've seen UMO 3 times and wanted to go with something more unique. for Jagwar I realized I don't really know that much about them and just went a different direction.

Let me know how wolf Alice is. They’re coming to Columbus soon and I’m debating buying a ticket.

Another unique pick for me, so far at least.. hope you guys are ready for Gary Numan
I really don't know how he slipped my mind. I'm not a huge fan or anything but I like a bunch of his songs, and he was in Houston in Dec. during DFN and there was just a lot of talk about Gary around then.
