I mean I had some fun and even tried to be a dick for a few days, but overall, no.
Instead of having a discussion about why we pick our acts the way they do, or pointing out why some lineups here doesn't have a better gender balance etc (which looks like so far I am the only person to care enough to post about how these are reflected in my lineup), all we're arguing about is if a certain act is allowed, if someone should be picked as a free agent, or some other stupid things.
I mean, I haven't been running around yelling "Look, I picked a girl!" but I think that I've got one of the most gender-balanced lineups here. I also have two female headliners and overall four in my top seven
hmm, well I guess there goes Destroyer as a possible next pick. I thought about NP earlier to get him and Case but I thought he was out of the band. Oh well.
I'm pretty sure Dan is not touring with NP currently.

Slack can’t have destroyer. If he had a problem with him as part of new pornographers should have been raised earlier. Other people would have taken him if it wasn’t known that he was off the table. To include him would be unfair.

It's fairly clear cut within the rules that I can, which is why I didn't bring it up.
Dan doesn't tour with NP, therefore Rule 3 says I can have Destroyer.

The problem is that he’s included as an exclusive rights free agent. Just because slack didn’t read the list before doesn’t make him elgibible because other people could have taken him if he wasn’t on the list.

We've already established rule three means nothing by showing that an act that tours/records with isn't eligible as a combo unless explicitly stated, that's why Lesh and Friends and NP get their sub pieces, and why Roger and Neil don't.

I feel like if anything comes out of this then no one should have destroyed including me because he was improperly included on a list of ineligible people. That was a mistake but it’s unfair for slack (and i) to benefit from it.
