Anyone who thinks Paramore, Bassnectar, Future, Khalid, T-pain, Kaskade, Muse, etc are good bands who belong at Bonnaroo are just nasty people! Why perpetuate this SHIT!! Music is not a single dude with a backing track jumping up and down pressing buttons... Who could support this garbage?! Indie kids? Trust fund kids? You should be ashamed to support this garbage! Anyone who thinks those bands I listed are good are contributing to the downfall of society!!!

I didn't come to cry about it sir. Just stating a fact that it has become super mainstream and lame. Not that I ever want the same lineup as one year. You are an idiot. Every year it was not the best year ever. From 06 to 14 it slowly became worse. More people going just to do drugs and hang out at their campsites, less people actually caring about the music rather than partying, endless fucking lines, people with 10 foot tall poles with rainbow fucking unicorns on the end blocking the view, shittier and shittier food, less bathrooms, an entire year of fucking DJs and rap music, and people named Art hanging out.
The problem is sir that some of us actually go and from 11 am until 3 am see as many shows as possible without going back to our campgrounds to drink beer and jerk off. Some of us want to get all the music we can in in 4 days. You are the guy who uses an iPad to video tape the shows and watches all of the music through a screen. I'm sure Eminem is better that way but I don't want to pay $400 for that. No sir, I want some laid back people all enjoying great music for four days and the Roo has failed in giving that to us recently. Maybe one day it will come back but as long as douche bags like you want to go see a super jam with Eminem and Jimmy Buffett, the Fun at bonnaroo is over...

This is essentially what these new rappers are about. The melody and sonics are more important than what he's actually saying. Not my cup of tea but it is what it is.

Just listen to 22, A Million. I honestly was not a fan until that album. Saw him perform it at a warehouse in Brooklyn that was filmed for NPR. Great show.

Fests change to see who they can get the most money out of... and Bonnaroo is trying to go for the trust fund kids/kids who get all their money from mommy and daddy...this lineup is not for your average 20-40 year old!! They really screwed this one up, and it will show with the attendance numbers....the people who will go will be the 16-22 year old southern frat boy/sorority chick crowd...those that get allowance from their parents for high school and college...those that are experimenting with drugs and using Bonnaroo as a chance to do tons of drugs out in public...the crowd at Bonnaroo this year will be the lowest, and least diverse crowd ever! I'm glad I went to the first 4 roo's when shit was real. Like a all mourning particle set. U will never see that now.

I'm sorry for doubting the lineup. I'm finally sitting down, kicking back with a glass of red, some "green tea." And working on my photography work. As I'm going through the list or artist, I'm discovering some amazing music. This bonnaroo lineup has it and is going to be one for the books. Sorry I ever doubted you Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival can't wait for bonnaroo 2018. This will be my 6th bonnaroo
