Does rich Brian put on a good show? I thought he was just a meme
I'm leaning towards no. I like his music but i don't think that type of music translates live well. a lot of rappers yell their lyrics and you can't appreciate/understand the show other than the stage visuals and sound. i hope he'd prove me wrong

Rich Brian/Chigga/whatever isn't nearly as bad as I thought he'd be. Dat $tick is some generic trap, but when its a skinny little asian dude singing it, its pretty great actually. I'd catch a song or two depending on what's going on.
King Gizzard would be a really nice addition. North American tour announced for June, no TN date.
Unfortunately that doesn't look possible with those dates
Wow I'm dumb, forgot to even look WHEN in June they were playing. I guess the 8th is open but they'd have to go from north to south and back. So yeah, doubtful.

And they'd be playing for 9 nights in a row. But seriously why aren't they playing fests?

I read somewhere that they want to focus on headlining their own events and smaller festivals, IIRC.
I’ve tried listening to bon iver and maybe I haven’t seen the right stuff but can one of you direct me to a video or two as to why bon iver is the second coming of jesus in bookings?
I tried to get into him last time he played, I found he like Alt J is just too friggin mellow for the heat and experience of Bonnaroo.
Couple things I noticed: 1) I used last years schedule as a basis and fit the acts in, there were 108 slots on the stages/tents for Thurs-Fri...I took the first 108 acts on the poster, assuming the rest are cafe/club artists and slotted them in. 2) There's way more EDM than last year, I needed to add an additional 3 slots to keep all the EDM on Other 3) No room for hip-hop on Other unless they're planning on shorter sets, or some of these DJs are Kalliope/Barn acts? 4) Still have room for 2-3 stage/tent additions using last years schedule 5) The conflicts are going to suck, there's no way around it

And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

We called my old kitchen manager "papi", it's an extremely common latino nickname. Carnage is Guatemalan. But yeah, at first I thought it was really weird... but eventually I got sucked into it lol. It's just a difference in culture. It's like calling someone "pops".

If Eminem is doing what Outkast did, I hope he does what Outkast did, and play a greatest hits set comprised mostly of the early material. I know he has a new album and kast didn't, but give us three of the new ones and play the hits and I'd actually look forward to it. I'll be watching the setlist at Coachella, for sure.
