I think they're going to be forced to cancel on Friday tbh. It all depends on what the mayor of Miami-Dade decides to do. Hearing that NCH is considering upgrading Miami to a Hurricane Warning later today.
Orlando is now under a hurricane warning. I can only imagine how bad traffic will be driving to Miami. Glad I am not making the trip now. Stay safe everyone.
Julie You're working production for the festival right? Are you guys waiting until early Fri morning to setup outdoor stages once the storm has passed?

I'm actually one of the organizers but I've been to the grounds. Some of the outdoor areas have been set up since Sunday but we're gonna have to wait till after the storm to do the majority of it.
Any suggestions on things to do on Thursday? Coming in early today so I can be sure I make it there. Going to have all day Thursday with nothing to do.

Shouldn't be too bad because everyone will be heading the other direction. Though, I'm driving down the west through the Everglades to avoid the worst parts of the storm while driving.

I live in North Dade County, just a few miles from the shore, and the eye of the storm is passing our latitude. It really could have been a lot worse. We got lucky in Miami; I feel for the people in Central Florida through South Carolina.
