The xx, John Hopkins, Bicep, Detroit Swindle, Daphni, Talaboman, Bonobo, Aphex Twin, Arca, Sampha, Maceo Plex, Floating Points, The Black Madonna, Four Tet, Moderat, Daniel Avery.
It wouldn't be the ideal situation, but with them having booked Jamie before and their popularity being around the level of what I'd expect for their #1 I think it could happen.
Personally I wouldn't mind if they just booked LCD again to make up for last year.
This fest is definitely on my radar. Loved the lineups the past two years. Might try and do this and DfN since it doesn't look like a summer fest is in my future.

Up top and unrealistic: I would lose my mind if they found a way to get Aphex Twin, Jamiroquai (I think their are rumors about them touring), Massive Attack, Portishead, or The Prodigy. Also, LCD makeup would be welcomed (especially if they get that new album they said they're working on.)
Just under that: New Order, Tame Impala, Justice, Animal Collective or any of their solo projects, Wu-Tang (since they like getting an old school hip hop act each year)
The rest of the lineup: Moderat, Bicep, Flying Lotus, Danny Brown, Todd Terje, DJ Anklepants, Bob Moses, Soulwax, John Hopkins, The Orb, anything with Ty Segall does.
Uhhh not sure Spoon or The Shins would be a good fit for this festival.
Agreed, but a man can dream....They started to expand a little bit with Thee Oh Sees in '16... Was hoping for more of a stretch into the indie/rock scene.....

That was because of their psychedelic nature though, something that Spoon and the Shins lack
If the new album is out by then, LCD would make me very happy. Jamiroquai, Soulwax, Justice, and New Order are my current big name hopes at the moment. Gaslamp Killer, Daedelus, and Wu Tang are some others that would make me quite happy. Perhaps they can somehow get Kendrick next year, though I think he's too big. But, ATCQ, Kendrick, and Wu would all make for great first hip hop headliners

This festival is fucking on point. Seriously, whoever is doing booking for this deserves a medal. If I still lived in Florida I'd be prophet passing every year because it's pretty obvious it would be stupid not to.
