Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I am thinking Further, RHCP, and either Tom Petty or Neil Young w/ Crazy Horse. It will be my first year attending. Me and 15 friends have swore off Bonnaroo for Hangout. Is there reentry to the festival? I was hoping not to pay for all of my meals because I usually just have liquid bread when that happens. I can also see SCI, Eddie Vedder, Bon Iver, The Roots, Zach Deputy, and I am really hoping for The Revivalist!
I know for a fact Tom Petty will not be at this years Hangout, I have a friend who tours with him

If i had to guess, the lineup will prob look something like this.. String cheese, Allman Brothers, north ms. allstars, particle, perpetual groove, Hot Tuna, Leftover Salmon, foster the people, bright eyes, Ben Folds Five, Alabama Shakes, Grey Boy allstars, The Who, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Tea Leaf Green, Yonder Mountain String Band, Civil Wars, eoto, SOJA, skrillex, wolfgang gartner, fat boy slim, justice, dead Mau5, jack Johnson, vampire weekend, givers, passion pit, Matt and Kim, THIEVERY CORPORATION, cut copy, mimosa, wilco, G. Love, Slightly Stoopid, furthur(or some members from the dead), red hot chili peppers, John butler trio, moe, Edward sharpe, Assembly of Dust, Rebelution, Mumford, trampled by turtles, ghostland, mgmt, Anders Osbourne, blind pilot, band of horses, dr John, disco biscuits, paper diamond, zoogma. I've heard rumors of Elton John, beach boys, Stevie wonder, phish, prince, DMB, and radiohead out of these I would have to say DMB and Beach Boys are the most likely. I can assure you that you will see a handful of these on the roster. Cant wait, should be interesting!

I would cross the Allman Bros off of the list since their festival Wanee is less than a month before. Them playing Hangout could hurt Wanee's sales. I hope to see a couple of hip-hop acts added to the lineup this year to go with the nice mix of genre's that Hangout offered last year.
It looks like I am one of the few that is hoping to see RHCP as one of the headliners.
Welcome back Pablo. Pablo is like the Insider Jr. of the Hangout boards.
If only he would give us some hints..
Glad to be back....one our favorite pastimes is watching people try to put the puzzle together...so thanks for the entertainment!
Well, I CAN say that hints abound on 92ZEW...listen in...92zew.net....and some guesses/wishlists posted here are solid...but some are UNDER guessing....The lineup will blow people away....

Could you atleast give some insight on whether there will be any hip-hop acts on the card this year. A simple yes or no will work.
How big are we talking about? I saw a couple people mention Paul McCartney, it doesn't get much bigger than one of the Beatles.
There was also a post on the Hangout Message board that claimed to have inside information and the threat of some sort of retribution if they let information out.
"I know 4 of the headliners, which I'm not gonna share for fear of retribution (although DMB already seems pretty settled on the boards, I'll give that one away . I'll share that among the acts consisting of one performer, one might be from the Netherlands and another might be from L.A.
However, for your peace of mind, I will go out on a limb and share that they were planning to announce on the 6th.
Just a courtesy to all of you who are probably even more nerve-wracked than I…"
It seems to correlate with Pablo's statement of "early next week." What do you think, is this guy on the hangout message board credible?

Springsteen is in Barcelona on May 18th and Frankfurt on May 25th. I guess it's possible he could fly back to close out Hangout on the 20th, but it seems like a stretch.

I could see this happening. It'd be a pretty huge get.
My only worry is that this thing sells out instantly if the lineup ends up being as huge as rumored. I need to get my ticket...already booked the condo.
I think we can all agree that Tiesto is not going to be a headliner. He might play one of the later shows in the boom boom room but there's no way he plays a main stage in a main time slot.
I think postjack is right, Bruce seems like a fake out. The dude has a week off in Europe, I doubt uses it to fly all the way back to the gulf to play only to turn around right away and fly back to Germany.
Then again, the Boss loves to tour and if I were to guess that anyone would make that kind of trip, it'd be him.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
The Electric Festival in Rothbury announced their initial lineup yesterday. This wouldn't be news only for the fact that this particular fest happens a full month and a half after the hangout. I hate to add one more complaint but I definitely join in everyone's frustration with the lack of activity/professionalism/oversight regarding what's going on with this hangout lineup. You would think that it would be in the best interests of both the festival organizers and festival goers to, at the very least, discourage and moderate the dissemination of misinformation doled out by internet pranksters. These posts on the hangout board/facebook page really bothered me. It is still up there claiming the lineup comes out at midnight 2 days ago. It might not seem like a big deal to the organizers but to people who are depending on information regarding ticketing or making decisions to book a condo rely on that kind of information to make important decisions regarding their summer vacations. There is something to be learned from this debacle and hopefully this leads to a better concert experience for next year.
Someone on the Hangout boards named "Insider" posted this lineup last night. I dont think it is real.

It looks like they've already taken down or are in the process of taking down every posting on their message board that mentions the lineup. Anything we hear from an anonymous source is pretty much useless at this point.
