Decent enough, leaves me alone but knows what is going on. They pay like shit but I get enough paid time off to go to all the fests and vacations I want
My bosses suck. But I'm good at my job so they leave me alone for the most part. Unfortunately, that means I have to train. Which is by far the worst part about being good at your job.

So true. I get stuck with training all the time. It makes you really appreciate a smart trainee though!

no kidding. my first trainee was wonderful. understood everything and just flew through all the modules. my second trainee was terrible. she was just an absolute train wreck. here's to hoping my next one isnt like that... but my office has a 75% fail rate, so i'm not holding my breath.

My director is awesome and I wish he would go back into restaurant management so I could work for him forever. He's a real "roll up your sleeves and get it done" type of boss. Jumps right in where ever we need help when we're short. Jokes around with everyone.
My manager is Lumberg from Office Space. If we're short, he just delegates the work and sits in his office looking at boats on his computer. It's infuriating. I do not have anything nice to say about him so I'm not going to say anything else.
