I'm thankful for my family, who practiced tough love, but never gave up on me when I was battling the demon of addiction. I am thankful that I no longer live (physically, mentally, emotionally) where I resided for nearly 10 years.

I'm thankful that after a bout with a major depression (which attending my first Bonnaroo helped me get out of might I add), that I now have my life set on a course that will make me happy and that I have amazing friends who accept me .
...Also, that I got to see Paul McCartney! Still can't believe that one!

Bumped Turkey Day back a few days so that LoveLuckLaughter and her son could join the whole family. Of course, now its spontaneously become Gobble Till Ya Wobble Fest complete with kitchen-spun record store day releases, funk and jazz, pilgrim and indian costumes, fake blood and hoola hoops. Finishing up prepping a fanfukkinfabulous menu with Pork Wellington, Oyster Stuffing, Balsamic Roasted Root Vegetables, Pancetta Brussel Sprouts and a Chocolate Fountain. Plus all the traditional dishes. Jesus... The leftovers. Thankful for this little board and all the fine family of folks I've met on it. Surrounded by love and laughter and everything else is gravy. Cheers, guys.

Thankful for this day. And every moment I get to spend sharing air with Whore.
Home - is where I want to be But I guess I'm already there I come home she lifted up her wings Guess that this must be the place I can't tell one from the other Did I find you, or you find me? There was a time Before we were born If someone asks, this where I'll be . . . where I'll be
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

I don't want to forget to bump this in the morning,so.
Starting the pies, thinking of how thankful I am to have all of you in my life. You have been my life boat. If Whoreshack were here, he would make some witty comment about Juggalos or something, with the same sentiment. Even not being here, I can feel his energy still, and it is grateful.
I feel like we are living in times when people are very quick to come together to yell and disagree, but rarely to form true communities of love and family. Many people barely know their neighbors. To find a place filled with so much love and sense of loyalty to one another is a goddess-send. We are all soooo lucky.

Happy thanksgiving everyone. This one is a bit bitter sweet for my family & I, but it's just a reminder to be thankful for the people you have in your life. Love you all, you're all pretty spectacular! Except Dave Maynar. Jk. I guess even you have your moments.
I am thankful that, a year and a half after his diagnosis of MS, my husband has developed no new lesions and has not had a relapse or a flare. Sometimes the universe smiles on even the unluckiest of folks.

I'm grateful for mayonaise for her amazing hospitality towards a dude who was really down on his luck and to Siggy, NothingButFlowers and holls and everyone else who's screen name I'm to drunk to remember right now for that wonderful weekend at the Brave's game. mayonaise I still don't like that Friday Night Lights show but it was nice to just sit and catch my breath and binge watch episode after episode with you. I don't think I ever gave you a proper thank you. So, Thank you!

I'm so thankful for getting to have such an incredible experience of living abroad, but man yesterday (Thanksgiving) was especially difficult. I may or may not have cried like a baby while watching the Macy's Parade Snapchat thing.... haha.
and the worst part is I hate the parade.. I haven't even watched it since I was like 8..
