Are there any Celiacs/gluten intolerant Roosters? This will be my first gluten-free Roo post diagnosis and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the food vendors. I mostly ate samosas and noodles in previous years so this will be a challenge...

I can't imagine any dieter would have trouble eating at Roo. Maybe Paleo, but even then you're just likely to get bored of eating the same few options that are available. There is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, healthy, unhealthy, whatever you want really.
My friend has a gluten intolerance and had no trouble eating at Roo last year. Places with burritos and quesadillas tend to have corn tortillas and there's plenty of other options as well.
