Why do all these people making fake Coachella posters underestimate the price/popularity of Jamiroquai?
Because the majority of people who make fake Coachella posters are morons? Seriously, if they can't even be bothered to spell "David Byrne" correctly, or to do a quick check to make sure that none of the bands they're putting on there haven't already been ruled out, why would you think they'd get the billing right?
Also, I like that whoever made this fake seems to think that Coachella is doing two headliners every night a la Lollapalooza.
There are some bands on that poster which are locks/confirms, but the billing is shize.
Yea no shizt I could google Sound City Players. I'm sure I could google plenty of fantastic reviews of Justin Bieber and Kings of Leon albums too.
I wanted inforooers to tell me the real deal about them.
After googling, I wouldn't be that excited about having them as a main headliner. Maybe their music would be cool but putting something no one has really heard as a headliner is kinda dumb.
I'd still take them over a Phoenix snoozefest.
Aren't you a ray of sunshine.
They should just get, like, Tom Petty and WSP. We all know how hard they rage.
Oooo000oooOO look at the big brain on Brad!
Just because I like rager jambands doesn't mean I don't know anything about other music, summers breezer.
I bought Pretty Hate Machine in 1990, son. This ain't my first rodeo. I'm goin to Coachella to satisfy my inner 90's gothkid.

It's just fun because you refer to noodly, ponderous and oft-sleep inducing jambands as "raging," while much of the music that you deride as soft/weak/whatever-faux-hippie-slang exists-for-such-thing is at least the same. I'd say Tom Petty "rages" about as hard as Phoenix. Hell, probably even less - dude is the patron saint of lite FM radio - the prince of dad rock. But whatever.
If you're going to Coachella for 90's goth stuff, you're not going to be very happy this year. That's all I'll say there.

I'm going to Coachella for variety and to see tons of bands I've never seen before. I've seen hundreds of bands of every genre, I've seen way too many amazing shows to be content with settling for less.
Sorry you've never seen Tom Petty, he puts on a great rock n roll show.

I'm actually serious. I don't know how you could champion Jamiroquoi without also being open to JT. Both of his albums are tremendous; "Cry Me A River" might be one of the best pop songs of the last 20 years.

I DON'T NEED TO EXPLAIN MYSELF TO YOU!
but i will anyway. don't like that song that much. Don't dislike him, just a preference thing.

Not sure if trolling, but Jamiroquai is pure funk while JT has a more cheesy white boi hip hop / R&B vibe. different as night and day to me.
