they're putting out a new album, but they have performed live since 06 (very intentionally) so it's not certain a new album will lead them to do so again
For real though, I hate to be the one to say this, but think NYCH will do another American leg between New Zealand and his new UK dates? Doesn't seem very Coachella, but kinda makes a little bit of sense.
Neil was pretty heavily rumored after Le Noise came out, if I remember right. I wouldn't call it too far of a stretch.
cmon guys. neil/crazy horse back out of negotiations at the last minute with bonnaroo.
neil has done this to coachella 2 or 3 times. 2009, 2011 and possibly 2012 as well...i forget.
The Knife just confirmed the new Album will be out in April! Nothing confirmed, obviously, but ERRMYGOD! Fever Ray in 2010 was the one of the best moments of my adult life. Seeing the knife live would be beyond words.

Does anyone know how songkick works? Can users upload tour dates (which is what I presume happened) or does it have to be someone of significance? All the other artists listed are already probable.

Most of Songkick's stuff comes from trolling ticket sellers, brokers, venue sites, and band sites. But they get whacked every once in a while because users are allowed to upload as well. The festival ones are the easiest because there's no venue link that can help verify the information. If this is a user upload my guess is it will be modified by the end of the day. If it's still like that tomorrow - well, I may be pulling kids out of school in April.

And maybe I'm in the minority here, but I really, really don't give a sh*t if the Rolling Stones are there. If they're going to book a HUGE name, I'd rather it be someone else. The only benefit to the Rolling Stones is that maybe there will be something else kickass going on at the same time which I can watch in a very uncrowded area.

Definitely this. I give zero Quacks about seeing The Rolling Stones.
