Still have yet to go to this... I refuse to pay for parking. That's always an issue downtown. Let's hope they get some decent names besides the ones mentioned above.

If you park at the library it is only 4 bucks, cash only.
After 5 you can park at the state lots for free and no one will way anything. They are the lots by the bicentennial mall. I went to the Band of Horses show last year and it was a lot of fun.

Me and the lady went down to see Band of Horses there last year. Pretty huge crowd but a cool set up to accommodate them. I recall being crammed in next to a douchey late 40's cokehead dude who was insistent about making conversation all throughout. Otherwise a positive experience although I can't remember how we handled the parking exactly. I was surprised to spot this guy again a couple months later at the Exit/In Deerhunter show but that time I was wise enough to remain on the opposite side of the room. I didn't imagine he would recognize me but not like he knew me the first time around either so better safe than sorry I figured.
A free show of Robert Randolph and the Family Band. Seriously check it out people especially if they bust out "Ted's Jam" and "Ain't Nothing Wrong with That". You will be glad you did.

You and Dan should take a road trip.......
Appreciate it Jess. I dunno, it's gonna be rough to make that trip and take the time out from work cuz minimum I'll need two days off. It will hurt the wallet plus Dan is gonna be doing music production classes soon. So there's that. Would be nice to be in Nashville, home to many inforooers but not likely. But enjoy the show you lucky b-astard.
