Heh, Pharell is one of Tyler's biggest heros, if not his biggest according to his tweets. Every beat is influenced by him, so if you dig OF, you should like Pharell's stuff too.

Seems like there has been an endless amount of praise pouring out of SXSW for Odd Future. Sounds like the dial on the hype machine is going to turned another notch close to 11.
Good for them. Would be nice to have an entire world of bloggers praise what you do for fun at age 19.
So I saw this thread and thought to myself, Bonnaroo really has enough rap this year... why do they need one more? Then I watched the video of them of Jimmy Fallon. Holy Fucking Shit. That was so good. I 100% support these guys not only being at Bonnaroo, but getting a late night.
Saw Odd Future tonight. Fvcking crazy. They relied heavily on backing tracks (nearly entirely at times) but Tyler didnt quite as much. They were swinging from the roof, jumping off the top into the crowd and such. I can say I've never seen a rapper with this much energy. Everyone was chanting "wolf gang" and you could feel the anticipation leading up to their performance. From what I experienced, they are truly something special and could possibly go as far as they want, so pop culture beware.
I'm currently watching Braids so if this post has it's faults, blame it on the party...

I would seriously drop any artist on the lineup except for a select few for Odd Future to be added at Roo. There is probably nothing in the world I want more right now then to see an Odd Future show.
