I agree, but I still do not see RHCP in a LN What situation.Seems like a weird fit. Beach Boys obviously wouldn't be. Maaaaaaaaybe Graceland but i doubt it.
The answer could just be they are doing 2 Which late nights this year but it would be a little strange to not do one on the main stage.
Maybe RHCP opens for the bigger name (assuming there is a bigger name)?
Only older artist that really makes sense to me to play after RHCP is Prince. And well ya know how that goes.....
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver
Ok it means nothing but I have had a strange feeling about Alice Cooper for a while. I even went so far as to look at his tour dates a few weeks ago, but I didn't see anything that would put him at Roo or far away.
I saw Alice (and Rob Zombie who was horrible) last year, and he has a fantastic show! Seriously.

You're not suggesting Alice Cooper is the mystery 4th headliner, are you?
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts

Unsure. I wouldn't put him at a headliner, but if it were something like RCHP into Alice Cooper late night, I could see it.
But really, I'm just expressing my excitement in the wrong thread because I'm too lazy to switch threads.
I was looking forward to the lineup but wasn't obsessing over it. Now I don't think I'll be able to stop thinking about who the possible 4th headliner could be.

Am I the only one actually excited about the fact that we maybe DONT know one of the Top 4 acts and that the lineup reveal next week might actually SURPRISE us?

To everyone guessing slightly newer acts for the mysterious 4th act we're discussing, just to reiterate, insider said a "less current" act This is why we're leaning toward an older legendary act of some sort.
Also, I thought that insider didn't know much of specifics until they are worked out? So perhaps she doesn't even know who they are still working on for Saturday.

Not to rehash this, but the fact that Waters is taking The Wall through Nashville about a week and a half later should be reason enough to rule him out.
