It is very hard to put together a lineup that you personally wouldn't want to see.
That's quite true. I'm honestly just trying to adjust & learn how to "predict" realistic line ups I guess? Well, without people giving me hell for them. But then again, when I think about who all may possibly be billed on the top lines this year I just get somewhat "dreamy". Sorry

No need to apologize take out Pearl Jam and The Pixies and it becomes fairly realistic
Yeah I agree with that, Pearl Jam is not going to be at Roo. As mentioned Soundgarden is playing in Europe that weekend and PJ heads to Europe the following weekend. Small chance of EV, but very little for PJ. Though that would be the greatest top line ever for me.
I am still thinking we are getting another big HL to go with RHCP an Phish. Just makes too much sense to be Radiohead. There is now way Roo does not get Radiohead this year or next if they are touring. They know whats up. Either way I am pretty satisfied with RHCP and Phish so far and looking forward to more.
I also have a good feeling 311 will be at Roo this year too. How have they not been yet...
Phish is not a number 1. They weren't number one during their comeback year, and they weren't #1 at ACL last year. Face it phans, they aren't a #1 at Roo and DMB is.
You have to be INSANE! I wouldn't even see DMB if they came to Roo. So many better things I could be doing while I am there, like juggling, telling ghost stories to spun kids, taking a crap, counting trees, waxing my car, or even host my own seance. DMB compared to Phish is like comparing Apples to A GREAT BAND!
In reality, I would see something else while DMB was playing, and if they were playing completely unopposed... I would be wandering around campsites meeting people, cracking brewskies, searching for provisions, and making freinds. And not the Dave Matthews and friends kind because I enjoy good music. PHISH IS The definition of a #1 draw who can bring exactly what Bonnaroo is all about. Great Music, Great Energy, and Great Vibes!

i really think that roger waters is the least talked about person whose current dates make sense with the dates of the festival. the guys in louisville a day after the festival. i think rhcp are a lock but would not be shocked to see rchp-roger waters-phish. if he plays i hope he doesnt do the wall, its a great album and im sure its a cool set but i would hate to see roger waters and not here any of dark side, wish you were here or animals
I really hope we get an artist like Waters, Radiohead, Prince, or Sir Paul. If, it's radiohead, let's book portishead too, being the drummer is already on the farm and all.

i heard that its just the first few dates and he planning a full tour. im not getting my hopes up about waters but i believe it more because of dates then what insider did. rhcp certainly is more likely, and i think radiohead certainly remains possible. i wonder though if rhcp would be more willing to be on friday for someone like waters then radiohead, or if they care at all

Be prepared - when you talk about your hopes for Roger Waters everyone's gonna shoot you down. For so long I felt like I was the only one who really seriously suspected Waters might be at the farm this year based on his tourdates. He puts on one of the greatest shows you'll ever see in your entire lifetime. Easily in the Top 5. That's not an opinion, that is a fact. If Bonnaroo doesn't make it happen this year, most likely it'll never happen. It's not like he tours year in and year out, and this is the second stint of The Wall. He'll be done after this tour, and he'll be done for awhile. Needs. to. happen.

Guys, unfortunately Roger Waters isn't going to happen. If you look at his last few tours he doesn't ever play more than 2 nights in a row. Playing Roo would put him at 4 nights in a row......highly unlikely.
