The eagles are one of the most expensive tickets you can buy. Pretty much only second to the Stones I'd say. All though most of us on here would not want that headlining spot taken up by the eagles if they we're on the bill they'd most definitely be number one. Besides, it wouldn't be that bad, I'm not a huge eagles fan, but I'd prefer them to Eminem, Arcade Fire, or Widespread.
Wiz brought an ENORMOUS crowd to the What Stage and believe it or not put on a great show!
There's a joke about your value of the word "enormous", weenie size, and your false sense of confidence somewhere around here.....
I mean, you do remember that Wiz conflicted with the "every single person at Roo wants to see Mumford & Sons" Which stage show, right? The whole "clearly they put those two acts on the opposite stage they should have been on" thing?
Wiz's crowd wasn't enormous. It was decent.
Wiz did not play at the same time as Mumford and Sons. I definitely remember seeing all of Wiz, and seeing !!! while Mumford was on.

I recall Wiz playing 5:50 to 7:00 & Mumford 6:15-7:45 because after Mumford, the Black Keys played at 8 i believe and the crowd got about 4 times bigger.

How can anyone want to see the beach boys. That would be so damn boring. I thought all the guys were in wheel chairs and hooked up to heart monitors. Have Jesse from full house sit in on drums though and you might be on to something!!!!
Pet Sounds is one of the most influential and groundbreaking albums ever made in rock n roll. With Brian Wilson joining them, The Beach Boys would put on imo one of the best shows Bonnaroo has ever seen.
yes he did, and I was mighty pissed about it because I had to watch him and missed Mumford to ensure I was in the pit for Black Keys.
same thing happened for me. Luckily Wiz wasn't as bad as Lil Wayne was and actually sang/rap his lyrics instead of his back-up singers or hype man SCREAMING the next bar for no reason. Wiz Khalifa is one of the few rappers who can put on a good show & give you your moneys worth next to Kid Cudi, Drake, & Theophilus London.
I don't really care for his music so I didn't really appreciate the set. But being in the pit for Black Keys and then slipping the security guard $20 to let me stay in the pit for Eminem made it a worthy decision.

U2...
Perfect example, they slipped my mind though. Either way U2, eagles, Stones, are all int he top 5 as far as cost. I wouldn't mind the eagles so much, but U2 would suck, they are the single most overrated band of all time, might as well have Oasis headline allong with them and just kill Roo in one foul swoop, haha.

Cmon man, not cool.
Being in the pit for Black Keys and then being let into the pit before anyone else and getting on the guard rail during Em was very cool ;D

Oh cmon, Oasis at Roo would be awesome! Don't care much for U2 but Joshua Tree was a great album.
PS. It was universally decided that Kiss is the most overrated band of all time.

Kiss? really? I haven't heard anyone talk about them in like 20 years. Maybe overrated in the 70's but not now. Not like Oasis or U2, I remember reading in a UK online magazine that Oasis was rated over the beatles on a list of UK bands. wooo Wonderwaaaaal haha.

I grew up with a dad and friends dads who worshipped at the alter of Kiss and thereby had kids who liked Kiss too.. Which is why anytime somebody brings up overrated bands they immediately spring to mind as the ultimate overrated band.
Oasis is in no way better then the Beatles in any way possible. That UK online magazine is trash. That being said I still love me some Oasis.
Might mean I'm a bad person, but if slipping $20 to a bouncer would mean I could sure-fire be in the pit for one of my favorite bands, you better believe I'd do it.
