Seriously, this is the most hypocritical thing I have ever seen someone say:
“I just feel that they’re doing a lot of whining,” Sabres coach Lindy Ruff said at his Thursday press conference. “They’re really doing a lot of whining.
“I didn’t hear any whining when they had 10 power plays in Philly, and I didn’t hear any whining when the power plays in the first game were lopsided. But all of a sudden there’s all this whining about, ‘We're getting away with murder.’
“That’s a bunch of crap. That’s for the media. That’s for the officials to read. That’s, ‘Here, let’s get the next call.’ That’s a bunch of crap. Let’s just play.”
Whining about whining. And that 5 minute major WAS ridiculous.
Ugh. That was miserable. Hopefully if the Sabres get the lead in the next game they stop playing not to lose and play to win. Their defense has been nothing special -- they need to just keep attacking.
Saw a great tweet earlier about Hextall waiting to go in in the second period on Tuesday, though.

Hextall was the shit. A friend of mine attended the game a few years back when he was inducted into the flyers hof. that was a crazy game today and a great job of the flyers to pull out a w. cant wait for game 7
So, if Chicago can pull of the upset, Nashville has to play Detroit, and if Vancouver wins, Nashville has to play Vancouver. Call me crazy, but the way the teams are playing currently, I think Nashville has a better shot at beating Vancouver than Detroit. I hope Vancouver loses though, there is just something about the Sedin Twins, I just don't like them.
Oh yeah, and Im picking Boston to come from the east.
C'mon Sabres!! The Flyers are owning Game 7 right now. So many shots on goal. I have alot of love for Buffalo, partially due to the fact that Thomas Vanek and I share the same last name I do love my #26 jersey!
I have a feeling the Sabres are really going to step it up in period 3. Games not over yet, and sometimes the Flyers tend to forget that when they have a lead like this.
