Always the possibility that we see more DJs announced in the first additions announcement in response to the initial negativity towards lack of interesting electronica, though I may be overestimating the impact of our complaining...

Ugh. We're leaving Columbus the morning of June 8 to head south. That's horrible, horrible timing. Da#$!
I'll be missing them in Pittsburgh for 'Roo; and they're the band at the top of my list of "must see bands." However, if they're not an add, I'm thinking of timing my trip so that I can stop in Columbus for their show on the 8th, then continue the drive after the concert.

I do feel like the adds often try to make up for any perceived "weak spots" in the initial bill. Last year there was a lot of complaint from the "roots" community (among others) and we got Umphrey's, Ween, and John Butler Trio.

I really want to see Bright Eyes on this tour! Unfortunately there's absolutely no way I can. I feel like I've heard somewhere that Connor said this is his last album as Bright Eyes, which would mean this is their last tour or second to last tour. I've seen them before, in Winston-Salem about 3 years ago, and it was an incredible show. The Felice Brothers opened for them, and that's how I discovered them. For the final song of Bright Eyes' set, the Felice Brothers came out and sang, too. It was a really great performance. If I remember correctly, they haven't played 'Roo since 06 (the year before my first year). I would really love to see them late Sunday afternoon!
New Bright Eyes tour (with Dawes and M. Ward) takes them right through the area...
June 7 - Louisville, KY June 8 - Columbus, OH June 9 - Pittsburgh, PA June 10 - Philadelphia, PA June 11 - Washington, DC.
Unfortunately, June 12 looks pretty packed as it is, but this could leave the possibility for an addition (if The Strokes are not the Which Stage closer, Bright Eyes would be a pretty good get for that spot). Though, if they aren't an add, I am really baffled at why Bonnaroo did not try to get them to play (it's not like their tour would prevent them from playing).
I might be letting my heart do the thinking, but the fact that Bright Eyes is playing in Nashville on March 17 might further help the case that they could be a late addition to the lineup.

He said that about the last album or last COMVB album, I can't remember.
I would also love to see a BE add to Roo. They are coming to Calgary but they are opening for Death Cab at a venue where the accoustics are about as bad as you can have.
Found all these will be playing pretty close to Roo at the time of it (with the exception of MoF, thats just me hoping):
