Just the initial. I'm sure there will be more. Oh and let me say I dont like some of the bands here. I just have a hunch.
Updated. And Who wants to take a bet on John Mayer.
I went to Roth last year, with a group that only has enough time and money to go to one festival.
That being said, and though Roth was awesome, I want to go back to roo this year, but it'll likely take a stellar lineup to sell everyone else.
Here is what i would love to see.
HL- Fri:RHCP Sat:Pearl Jam (not likely, but i can dream) Sun:Roger Waters/David Gilmour, or Mark Knopfler
Late Nights: STS9, Umphrey's (both Roth LN's were sick!), Lotus, rest up for discussion
other here and there (not nec. non-latenights)- Band of Horses, Iron & Wine, MGMT, Dead weather or Raconteurs, APC(dreaming), Smashing Pumpkins, Bat for Lashes, Ben Harper, Mason Jennings, Broken Social Scene, DCFC, Felice Bros, many others.

+1 for the office clip!
also I was skeptical on the Dead Weather being there but word has it that they are pushing out another album by the beginning of this 2010 so it seems more likely. However, I could see them being at coachella for some reason, even though Jack has played on the farm quite a bit

And I thought I spent too much time geeking out over my speculative line up. It's good to know we're all in the same boat. I spazz out pretty hard w these lineups, but seventy is pretty tough. Here's all my brain could muster for this post...
Led Zeppelin Dave Matthews Band Jay-Z Foo Fighters The White Stripes The Flaming Lips Daft Punk Primus The Black Crowes w Jimmy Page Moby Modest Mouse Kings of Leon The Roots Queens of the Stone Age Sonic Youth The Shins Mos Def Them Crooked Vultures Dave Chapelle David Cross Sarah Silverman Flight of the Conchords Eugene Mirman Mastodon LCD Soundsystem Mosters of Folk Built to Spill Explosions in the Sky The Dead Weather Devendra Banhart Man Man Deerhoof
I think that bonnaroo will attempt to land some really good electronic acts this year based on their lack of it last year and the fact that it seems to be the direction that most festivals are going

a few bands I haven't seen mentioned as much, but are touring this year that may be possibilities (not that I'd neccessarily want to see many of them): 311 - seems like a good fit. why not? Matisyahu Moby Coldplay (please, no) Bob Dylan Creed? (probably not, but they're a name, theyre out there, and theyre touring) Collective Soul Lynyrd Skynard

311 and Matisyahu would be cool. AC/Superfly could do a lot worse than Coldplay as a headliner, though. Everyone I know who has ever seen them live had only good things to say. And it's nice to see Moby's still kicking around. I would definitely check him out if he was on the farm, if only for the nostalgia.
^ If Moby were to be spinning late night that would be one thing but if he were on the farm performing live I'd pass. I saw him twice in his heyday when he threw those Area festivals and he sucked. Huge egomaniac. That said, he had Outkast on the bill one year, Bowie the other, and had a quack load of dj's playing a side stage each year. So perhaps he could help draw a couple of additional artists to Roo
Ide say Vampire weekend have a huge chance of going due to the release of the new record. I really want to see Paul McCartney even if it is probably impossible. Sufjan Stevens, Radiohead, Flaming Lips, Devendra Banhart, Arcade Fire, Deerhunter, Super Furry Animals, Air, Camera Obscura, Cymbals Eat Guitars, Destroyer, The Walkmen, Jens Lekman, The New Pornographers, Belle & Sebastian, Japaniods, The National, Caribou, Battles, Wolf Parade, The White Stripes, Allman Brothers or The Dead, Phoenix, Yo La Tengo, Sunset Rubdown, Broken Social Scene, and Beirut, Roots... Ehhh I think thats good enough? If next years Bonnaroo gets half of this list I will be more than happy.
Others that were already there this year which I want to see again would be, Andrew Bird, Decemberists, Wilco, MGMT, Girl Talk. Grizzly Bear, and Animal Collective.
I am looking for : Jack Johnson, Iron and Wine, MMJ, Raido head, Fleet Foxes, Damien rice, love to catch Gogol Bordelo, Almam Brothers, Serena Ryder, Neil Young, Pearl Jam, so many others. loved 2008 line up. Not a big fish fan, so 2009 year was kind of a let down, line up wise, but I still had a great time as Bonnaroo is a fantistic time no matter what. I just hope we don't see one band headineing more than one night, also what happend to super jam???? I came with 2 of my sons, one of the a first timer. He id not sure he wants to come in 2010. Really looking for a better lineup for 2010.

^ This is an amazing wishlist. I would just about explode if I saw that this were actually who was going to be there. I think it may be a little heavy at the top but still one can hope. Now here's hoping the festival organizers catch wind of this
