Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
"There is an ancient celtic axiom that says 'Good people drink good beer.' which is true, then as now. Just look around you in any public bar-room, and you will quickly see: Bad people drink bad beer. Think about it."

It's Wednesday, and I'm feelin' lucky... c'mon, announcement.
I'm thinking it won't come until next week. We haven't had any clues yet, and if they announce next Wednesday they can compete with Roth's announcement (Roth IS announcing next week right?).
there is an incredible range of acts which are touring this spring/summer and SHOULD make a stop at the farm:
i'd love to see:
cloud cult modest mouse cut copy the presets the wrens royksopp sebastien tellier hercules and love affair fleet floxes robert randolph the faint mute math george clinton holy f*ck crookers silversun pickups explosions in the sky lotus crystal antlers the bronx turbonegro thievery corp (live) michael franti cafe tacuba
you won't have any questions after they rock bonnaroo.
they headlined at langerado last year. i watched the whole set, they did a mix of rap, and then they all got on instruments and jammed a bit, overall it was super boring and one of the most forgettable performances ive ever seen...
Black Moth Super Rainbow has tour dates that would make their addition to the festival lineup fairly easy:
Black Moth Super Rainbow 2009 Tour Dates 05/20 - Chicago, IL @ Bottom Lounge* 05/21- Madison, WI @ High Noon Saloon* 05/22 - Minneapolis, MN @ Triple Rock Social Club* 05/25 - Quincy, WA @ Sasquatch! Music Festival 05/26 - Portland, OR @ Holocene* 05/28 - San Francisco, CA @ Bottom of the Hill* 05/29 - Los Angeles, CA @ Troubadour* 05/30 - Costa Mesa, CA @ Detroit Bar* 05/31 - Phoenix, AZ @ Rhythm Room* 06/02 - Austin, TX @ The Mohawk* 06/03 - Denton, TX @ Hailey’s* 06/04 - Little Rock, AR @ Sticky Fingerz* 06/05 - Nashville, TN @ Exit/In* 06/06 - Columbus, OH @ Circus*
Further, that * by the lineup indicates School of Seven Bells is touring with them, an act whose publicity just happens to be handled by Big Hassle, the same company that handles Bonnaroo's publicity.
I really hope the black moth super rainbow happens, as i will be missin them when they roll through minneapolis. Give Tobacco a set of his own, too. In other news, someone on the PT board says they have confirmation that wierd al will be added, maybe those myspace friends weren't just dirty tricks after all! Bring on the Jonas Brothers! ouch.

Yeah sadly I think your right I dont think we will be getting any new artists tommorow but I would count on getting the comedy adds. Surprised we havnt got them already.

comedy is like the last thing they add. we get 2 rds. of artist adds, cafe adds, something else adds. all before we get comedy adds.
I think Lewis Black is going to be one of the comedians.
Same here. He's on tour right now and there appears to be time, so it only makes sense.
I'm pretty sure both Black and Cheech & Chong are going to happen.
do you think they are going to do a main stage comedy act again? If so, who? I imagine if both Black and Cheech and Chong are in the comedy tent, it is going to be very hard to get tickets to that.

I'm pretty sure Comedy has usually come out with the initial lineup with some people added later. I know that I got excited that david cross and zach galifianakis were going to roo last year with the initial lineup.
i could be wrong but I think this is the first year that comedy wasn't on the lineup at first. anyone know?

I always remember the comedy being on the initial lineup. I think they add more comedians later on, but there have always been some on the initial.

Yes exactly which is why im expecting comedy first. Im surprised there wasnt any comedy on the initial line up, must mean that they are still trying to sign some people.

i watched a show in the comedy tent in '06 on thursday night. since then i've said forget it. lines are too long to wait in. there's just too much to miss out on if you wait on a comedy show. i did enjoy chris rock last year though.
