it no longer says more artists to be announced on the website. now its been said 13 times, you jack-ass. ive been wondering what i could possibly have to anticipate now as far as announcements go since we now know the lineup, but by specifically labeling the other tent by certain genres actually got me very excited.

Juggernaut is right......it's been mentioned in a few threads already that people recieved e-mails saying that we should still have DJs added (for late night and arcade stuff) and Superjam. A few different people got responses. We know it doesn't say "more artists to be announced" which is why the people began e-mailing.
but it's not like anything else would get me too excited.....i'm more worried about them adding something awesome that i'll have to miss something else for. my schedule is perfect as it is now.
probably has been mentioned already, but the lineup on the website no longer says anything about more artists to be announced. i think we get the superjam and thats it. and since it will either be friday night which stage or sunday afternoon tent, i dont think phish members will be involved
how can you possibly know that it will be friday or sunday? Do you work for superfly? Why don't think Phish would be involved? I would think that of all the bands there Phish would be involved. Trey and Mike both like collaborating so i Think they will do it but it's all speculation until the powers that be tells us something.....there is a difference between speculation and fact

well a very realistic guess can be made that super jam will be either Friday late night after Phish or on Sunday to close the Other Tent. besides that there arent any real spots open unless its Saturday Late Night after Springsteen.
GRAB never released a full album but they do several songs on one of Trey's solo albums, and they did tour with Phill and Friends. GRAB was an already established entity prior to Bonnaroo and not a conglomeration of musicians put together specifically for the Bonnaroo Superjam. Therefore... it IS very much like Dead Weather as opposed to the other Superjams.
On a completely unrelated note, someone earlier likened The Dead Weather to Zwan as far as it being a "Super Group" of sorts and I agree. Man.... I LOVE that Zwan album. Wish Billy wasnt such a DB these days.

MonkeyRoo - I'm going to be in Chicago this weekend for The Prodigy @ the Congress Theater - sorry to be off topic, but how's the sound in that place? Although - I have always wanted The Prodigy to do late night at Roo...that would be exciting!!!
Tonight is the last of the Road to Roo competitions. If the pattern holds, we should be getting what may very well be our last adds tomorrow or Wednesday.
no additions in the new news on bonnaroo.com maybe tomorrow?
I say Thursday possibly. They have been doing a Tuesday/Thursday update lately. After the Outside Lands additions, I figured there wouldn't be anything today.

I've been wondering if they are doing director interviews in the cinema tent again this year. Last year, for those who didn't already know, Les Claypool showed his Festeroo movie again, and then there was a Q&A thing with him afterward. Some of us there even got to meet him! There wasn't even a large announcement about the Q&A with Les last year (unless it was VERY last minute, after I'd left for Roo)...I accidentally found it on Roo's site when just looking at different stuff. Keep zee eyes peeled!!!
Wilco just had a movie come out maybe they will. Or being a little more hopeful maybe Jack White will show up with the director of This Might Get Loud, a doc about White, Jimmy Page, and The Edge.
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver

I'm not sure - I know it was in the book that they hand out when you get in, I just don't remember as far as the website schedule - you may be right. Either way they never put it up on the main page as a main announcement. I couldn't believe that they didn't but I am a Les nut, so I was extremely happy that I discovered it was happening.
