The Yeah Yeah Yeahs "is is" album was produced by Patrick Daughters who also produced Kings Of Leon, Feist, Fuse, Death Cab, Bright Eyes and I think he worked with Beck and I think he produced the Depeche Mode new one...Fiest did site Brian Wilson as inspiration...just going through my head of useless info...

yeah, I am a geek sometimes. My wife hates it when I go off all music rainman style. Plus it helps to be a fan of Patrick Daughters, awsome producer. One of the tops next to Steve Albini

As a baseball fan, I have to mention that Brian Wilson is also the name of the San Francisco Giants closer. So it could be Fastball or They Might Be Giants...sorry...back to your regularly scheduled legit clue solving.

Once at an annual festival here Chubby Checker played, and they did that! We got to dance and twist barefoot in the sand...I would like that. Brian Wilson (Beach Boys, not sports dude) had a room full of sand like a beach I guess. WHat about the parked at Byrne stage...parked at beach? Hmmm....nooo.....

Okay - here's a long shot ~ Brian Wilson's co-conspirator for his "Smile" and I believe for "That Lucky Old Sun" albums was Van D yke Parks who seems to contribute to music all over the place. There is also artist Inara George (from The Bird and the Bee) who is one of Parks' last projects, I think.

Way back when, David Byrne did some work with John Cale. John Cale (Velvet Underground, et al.), way back when, also did a beautiful dedication song to Brian Wilson, "Mr. Wilson." California wine tastes fine.
The Byrne Stage could be a "beach stage..." Imagine if they transform a corner of Centeroo into a Tennessee beach! That would be cool as hell.
One of the tents I think it's "that tent" (but I'm probably wrong) has a sand floor thats wicked fun to dance barefoot on. So we know it is possible...

That Tent has definitely had a sand floor before. I remember dancing in it at Galactic in 07. Most of the floor is dirt, but it's sand when you get close to the stage. It was that year, at least.

Yes, there is definitely sand under at least one of the tents. Kinda nice.

Haha, he did that cause he went insane. But yeah, that would be pretty cool.

your right, I didn't know what I was thinking..for some reason I had producer in my head for those artist...You win the music nerd crown...
and I did say I was going through my head...I didn't say my head wasn't cluttered...I think I read things sometimes and categorize them wrong...maybe I need a shock treatment

Looks like we had similar thoughts, gpmike24. This isn't the first "noons" clue we've had. The last one was about the Byrne stage, so I'm guessing Nunes is opening that stage.
just some b-boys playing on the ipod- nothing to see here /see hear folks
something dealing with the here/hear in this one but i'm not sure what its hinting at. I wonder if the one about curveballs related to the Brian Wilson clue and trying to just throw us off.
