I'm thinking 2011 because
a) it was four years between their first and second appearances, so perhaps it'll be another four before their third,
and
b) same with their albums. "Yoshimi..." was in 2002 and "At War..." was in '06. Both times they played the following year. So if their next album is in 2010 (again, keeping with the same time increments), then they'd play in 2011.
It's all keeping with precedents, but it's all we've got to go on for now.
I think they should close the festival out next year. They can certainly draw enough people.
that would be awesome much rather it be flaming lips headlining friday or saturday ween late night then primus late late night or any of them headlining just want to see all 3 in one night.
