LOL I think there were some BE AU TEEE FULL women at camp inforoo, but the one woman that WAS in my tent was the biggest pain in the arse. LOL I'm certain she'll see this, too. Whatever. Funny survey though. which should I choose????

for those of you who would like to but have not, think it might be due to the fact that there is SO many people at Bonnaroo, and it's kind of hard to choose one person to be interested in, and have them be interested in you?
Plus, with Bonnaroo being such a friendly event, does anyone else have trouble figuring out if someone you're talking to is just being friendly or instead being flirty?

Not so sure about all that. If I wasn't with someone who was "you better not ever leave my side or I'll freak out", i may have been a whole lot friendlier that I was.
LOL j/k.
Interesting theory, though. I felt loved by every one, and that was more than enough for me.

Mostly the issue I find is that (most) everyone is with other people, so you'd have to ditch your friends, have the girl (or guy) ditch her/his friends, then find somewhere to go (unless you like the exhibistionism, which i'm personally down with, but not everyone else is). That and, to be quite honest, there was a slight lack of time. The end of each night involved my body being in tons of pain, by brain being completely overloaded, and the only thing i was able to do was collapse into my sleeping bag. Had I been with a girlfriend or something, however, where no courtship or inhibitions at all are needed, then I would just have to worry about missing music.

Ummm... how can I put this...
If you don't hook up on day 1, I'm not sure it is a good idea. By day 2, everyone is smelling a bit ripe and I would not suggest hooking up. By day 3, forget about it... 3 days of sun and sweat does not improve sex appeal.
But seriously, I would feel awful for any poor girl who came remotely near Chris Jr. this weekend, between the funk, chafing, and dust, there is pretty much no way it would have been an enjoyable experience. I started to feel bad for the gold bond eventually

Where is the "I hooked up with myself" option??
our nieghbors were discussing hooking up with themselves on day 2. I was wondering if anyone felt the need - im sure there had to be a fewwww people who did

I'd agree with this. It's like everytime I started talking to a girl, it'd be a nice little conversation, and then she'd go meet up with her friends or go to the bathroom or whatever. It seems hard to get past the initial introduction and general conversation. I have no "game" to speak of, what-so-ever, so this might also be the problem
Everyone's got game, they just have to know how to use it.
No, seriously I don't. I have, what would be considered the antithesis of "game". My "game" consists of...."So what's your name? Where R U from?" Followed by a long awkward pause It's something I've come to accept.

I think the dirtyness issue really isn't THAT big of a deal. Everyone else at Bonnaroo is just as dirty as you are, so I think it's not that big of a deal. At Bonnaroo I NEVER really smelt my own BO(nor anyone else's) but the second I stepped foot in the airport, I noticed how bad I smelt.
danbird, i know exactly how you feel. I mean, I had some pretty long conversations, maybe lasting like an hourish? I think if you want to meet people at Bonnaroo, the goal should almost be to get contact info, and stay in touch and perhaps meet up sometime else because bonnaroo just does not seem like a logical place to hook up. If someone is camping in a tent large enough for two, then they are there with someone else, and it just isn't possible to get any privacy. The question then becomes this: does anyone have any hesitations when asking for someone's email? I regret not getting this really cool girl's email, I didn't really think about it at the time. I quickly thought to get her phone #, but it didn't make much sense. oh well, I think I learned my lesson.
So those of you who did hook up, how'd it happen? any stories?

Come on Dan, I bet you could sweep any girl off their feet with that super sexy Sifl and Olly talk

Yeah, all the girls love it when I talk about an obscure stoner MTV show with puppets. They all come runnin' ;D
No but seriously, I too would like to know how this so-called "hooking up" takes place. I think I remember reading that GOUGEaway got some action. Maybe he can enlighten us as to the ways of the "game" at bonnaroo. Teach me oh great one.
I've taken my wife to the last 4 Bonnaroos. She did not go with me to the first one, but how could I cheat on such a wonderful woman who is willing to stay home with the kids while I go have a good time? That's not why I married her! But, yes, we've "hooked up" with each other at all of the last 4. ;-)
i'm always there with my boyfriend, who is my fav hookup anyway. unfortunately no action occured for us due to sharing a tent this year with a friend! obviously hook ups do occur at the roo, considering the blurb in the roo news that a couple that met at the first bonnaroo got engaged at this bonnaroo!
