Who or what was making that smoke ring... That thing had me confused...
I was sitting near this group of people during Oysterhead when one of the smoke rings went up. They were arguing whether it was 1,000,000 or 10,000,000 bees. They thought the smoke was a giant swarm of bees. ;D

Hey jware!! the "Tennessee landmark" was me and volsfan camp!!!!!
thats funny...I thought I remembered seeing a pre-bonnaroo post about a Volunteers shelter and flag, but I wasn't for sure.
anyhow I built a flag from Leo's guide, but I couldn't get it placed deep enough in the ground to hold steady with the strong winds, so we just always used your camp! Did you see the cars that said "thing 1" "thing 2" thing 3" and "thing 4" we were right beside those guys.
Yea the 'things' were right behind us. As for the flag, Volsfan bought the thing for tailgating Tennessee games. It comes with a heavy duty stand that you just roll the car tire on to hold it in place. Crazy we were so close, too bad we didn't see eachother at the inforoo camp.
i was kinda wondering how hard it woud have been to pound in pipes in that dry hard ground. we had a hard time getting our tent stakes in. at some point someone showed another way to secure a flag. instead of driving it into the ground they mounted the larger pipe onto a 2x4 and then parked their car on the other end. then ya just slide your flag in and your good to go. i think ill be making one with leos plans and that base for next year
