I really hope we get a set from them Saturday at like noon. What a great way to start off a day. Whenever I feel like crap I put them on before and during my shower and forget about the bad stuff..

Saturday? Are they big enough to not be a Thurday act? I don't know much about them besides a few songs that have made the rounds. I figured they'd be a Thursday slot but maybe someone who knows more about them can give a more informed opinion.
With no conflicts....i'd definitely check them out. Liked what i've heard so far.
Saw them last year at Coachella. They played the Mojave, which is the largest tent at Coachella, in a 1pm slot. You couldnt even get under the tent it was so packed. Theyre a very good live act and had a huge 2010. They'll play a early evening tent spot, no chance they play on Thursday.

They are up for the best new artist Grammy this year so I could see them as either a Thursday headliner or in an late afternoon slot in one of the larger tents.

Yea I guess they are bigger than I'm giving them credit for. I have heard their name for a while now. I bet this point gets argued a lot until the schedule comes out.

Dear god please let them headline thursday night. They are way too big for a tent so I know bonnaroo would schedule them around 6pm on the which stage which is complete hell from the intense heat.

6pm on the Which stage isn't too bad.
it's the 1:30 p.m. shows on the Which stage that have killed me and forced me to not stick aroudn for some shows.

I have been trying to catch a Florence and the Machine show FOREVER. It seems like everytime they are near something comes up. I thought they were gonna be at roo last year but alas, they were not. I am ecstatic. That video was amazing, I don't know if I trust the roo crowd to have that much enthusiasm and stamina in the middle of the day like that, haha.
Just found out that Florence and the Machine are opening for U2 in Miami on June 29th. I have tix for this show which was postponed from last July. Something to look forward to after Bonnaroo.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
Have you guys seen their tour schedule? They're in California on the 12th. They don't seem like a band that would fly across the country just to play a festival. I don't think they'll be at Bonnaroo.

Lungs is in the top 10 albums on iTunes right now, crazy what the Grammy's will do to your popularity. Avett Bros, Arcade Fire, and Mumford and Sons are all in the top 4 as well.
The 12th is Sunday, right? I don't think it's too unrealistic to maybe play a Friday early afternoon set and then head out to California. Who knows, maybe it's just wishful thinking.
According to the artist date/time speulation thread she is listed as Thursday. I'm not entirely sure about this because of how big they are. I mean even headlining thursday seems to be selling them short. Although I would love a thursday show because there would most likely be no conlficts for me.
Hey ITM, maybe this lends credence to there being Which stage shows on Thursday...

Way to big for Thursday. They were nominated for multiple awards including Brits and Grammys, are billed at number 21 (held last year by The National), and after Bonnaroo will have played basically every major festival.

That's exactly what I was saying but you just used different words. LOL
