If Flo plays Friday, there's always the remote possibility of an AF cameo one way or another; I know she's a big fan. If that happened, I'd be very, very happy.
Does anybody else think she is big enough to play the What stage? Looking at last year's schedule i think for sure she could. Florence--->Decemberists--->MMJ (recently confirmed this slot)--->Arcade Fire
You could argue one way or another to flip Florence and Decemberists but I think that is reasonable for Friday.

Sure, I'd go for that. That way by the time MMJ rolls around, I'd have a prime spot held for the rest of the night...

i'd argue that she's too big for the opening slot on what. usually that spot is for someone around 50-80 on the line-up.
right now she's listed at 21 which would mean one of the last two spots on which during the day or the pre-pre-headliner on what.

I would love it if AF made a cameo appearance. That being said I would love to Florence+the Machine on the Which Stage. I like the vibes of it better and think the stage would be overwhelmed with the blasting of awesome music.

I agree. Although last year was my first year. But none the less I had a great time at The National show. There weren't too many people and I had room to lay down and hangout in the back.
I have seen Florence play 8 times. She is amazing live. Very crowd oriented. I know in the UK, she sometimes crowd surfs (doubtful at Bonnaroo). I cannot wait to see her at a festival setting. I will definitely try to be up front for this performance.
Also at Coachella, her and Nathan from Cold War Kids sang 'Hospital Beds' together. I would not be surprised if they did that again this year.
According to Flo's manager they'll be playing from 12-3 on Thursday. She posted it on twitter back in Feb so things might change though
yeah uh huh. A 3 hour set on Thursday. LOL
I can't believe a manager would want them playing while 1/2 of the people aren't even at their campsite yet and I've never heard of any set like that at Bonnaroo on Thursday. Thursday is for up-and-comers - not Grammy winners.
Edit: Maybe she hasn't won one yet but she's a big draw now.

We also know that Grace Potter and the Nocturnals are playing What on Friday. I'm not sure how that comes into play but I suspect that they'll be right before MMJ. Could be earlier, though.
^^^ Very doubtful. They weren't listed as a late night act and a three hour set sounds pretty unlikely as well. Do they have enough material as a new band to do that?
Nah, I just meant that they might be playing sometime between midnight and three, not filling the whole slot.
I'm not sure that they count Thursday sets as true late nights but this is really the first year that they've announce what the late night sets would be. Usually they'll talk about someone having a late night set but not say "these are them" (or something more articulate).
Just tossing a theory out there. Friday Which about fivish makes sense to me but we'll see shortly.
I say which stage also! That whole album is awesome plus I heard she is releasing her new album late summer early fall. Maybe she'll give us a sneak peak. I hope it's an afternoon show.
I can't believe they put her in a tent. If you go to the Bonnaroo website there are more people signed up for her than MMJ. Also it kills me but I'm going to have to miss this set for Decemberists-->MMJ. I would say if you're planning on seeing her get there early because I bet that tent is going to be beyond jammed.
